Stay well clear. Bought a Sony phone back in June, and after 3 weeks stopped working, and now they are not responding to any of my messages, when I got onto sony, they told me to send it to fon fix, I did, and it came back the same way because they told me that the phone was brought in from Asia, and cannot be fixed here. SO STAY WELL CLEAR.

I ordered a phone on the 16th June. Received it a month later due to item lost in delivery. When delivery was delayed, I have tried to contact them by email. They replied 7 days later.

I ordered a phone on the 17th June. I got a message to say it was despatched on the 18th. It still has not arrived. I have sent two emails this week and got no response.

Shipping can be slow but you will definitely get the phone/item within a week of ordering. You must be present on delivery as delivery will not deliver to neighbours or any other solutions like that.

I ordered a Samsung S10. When I opened the package I noticed the quality seal labeled "do not accept if seal is broken" was indeed broken. I also noticed that the phone was a South East Asia model as opposed to the European version. I assume they broke it to replace the charger plug and unlock the phone for use in Europe but when I asked them about it they failed to reply for a few days and then told me it was a routine "quality check" they do to ensure non faulty phones are sent. The box was also quite dirty with lint inside as a result of being opened and potentially fiddled with.

That's the first time I've ever heard of phone retailers quality checking their brand new stock?

Anyhow, the phone works fine and when they do eventually reply the customer support is pretty good too.

I just would have appreciated quicker responses and some more honesty about the nature of the product. However, knowing this company operates like this, I would still order again as you're saving money compared to physical shop prices and the shipping is easily months quicker than ordering the same directly from Asia, which makes up for the price difference.

EDIT: They told me to edit the review so here it is. I cannot guarentee the model of the phone as the model info inside the android info states global, but the printed information in the box states the phone was a South East Asia model. Due to the broken seal I cannot safely say which is the full truth. Either way, it works fine!
