The bin doesn’t work, and support was nonexistent. I called to cancel my subscription, was put on hold for ten minutes, then was told they would call me back because they don’t have a procedure to cancel subscriptions. Still waiting on that call back.

The Smart Sharps Bin is super quick and easy to set up. I love how it reminds me where I need to inject next and when! I've missed phone alarms and other methods in the past (whoops!) so this has been so helpful! Even just seeing the bin is a good reminder. I also like how it blends in and doesn't look like a medical device or typical sharps bin.
