Still perfect sealed goods refused to be returned after the 60 days period.
Asked them politely to accept extraordinary my return of 2 screen protectors and an book case after about 100 days in stead of 60, but in a 100% unused and still sealed packaging (photo's were included, even as the paperwork of the return of my tablet.
Reason I had returned my unused Galaxy TAB S7+ to Amazon.DE, 1 week earlier (22/02), where it has been fully refunded without any problem (also returned 3 weeks to late), because in the mean time I get aware of the fact that Samsung launches the Galaxy TAB S8 Ultra, which has a different size than the S7+. In the first place it was not the aim to return this goods, but I did not want a model S7+ to unpack at the moment the new S8 Ultra becomes available.
To avoid the loss of my purchase and to minimalize my ecologic footprint I contacted them to be able to return my purchase at my expense and willing to buy the S8 Ultra version of the goods when become available, But I got a very dry answer that they could not answer my question in a positive way to still accept my goods after the expiry of the return date of 60%. I can understand that policy for electronics but not for covers or screen protectors. Because the S7+ and the S8+ have both 12.4" and the S8 Ultra has 14.6". So the goods are still usable for the S8+ model and as the seals are still intact and not openend, it can be completely put on the marktet for new. But there is not ANY goodwill from their side, not even if I take the delivery costs at my expese and I'm forced now to throw about 75 euro's of brand new goods directly in the bin. Customer care, customer satisfaction and Green company are none of their concerns. I told them if they did not react anymore on my second and last mail to them (not stalking them), I would put my deception here and if I'm ignored as a customer with a reasonable question, I do not want to be a customer anymore of that company. It is all a kind of respect. I would not ask for a return after that period if the goods were used for 3 months, in a bad condition and the seals were broken.
My advice: think twice to buy with them, they are just not worth it and there is better competition than them.

Bedankt voor de genomen moeite voor het plaatsen van de review. Jammer om te vernemen dat je niet tevreden bent over de service. Zoals al meerdere malen per mail is aangegeven en duidelijk zichtbaar is op de website, hebben wij een bedenktijd van 60 dagen. Daar de bestelling al ruim over de 60 dagen heen is, kunnen wij dit niet meer retour accepteren. Op de website tijdens het plaatsen van de bestelling, ben je ook akkoord gegaan met deze voorwaarden. De retourvoorwaarden zijn uiteraard per webshop verschillend. Zojuist is er alsnog gereageerd op de door jou gestuurde mail, excuus voor de latere reactie.

I ordered an Iphone case a couple of days ago and they delivered the wrong size. After sending them an e-mail they answered the same day with their apologies and a new delivery without having to return the wrong sized case. Top after sales service, which is hard to find these days!

I have ordered multiple cases from this company in the past. In one instance, the case was not delivered (probably lost by PostNL). However, the company provided me with a case the next day. Good service, good response time!

Don't deliver on time and refuse money back garantee
bad website. Don't keep their promises.
Apparently delivery is within 24 Hours. 7 day laten we still did not get the delivery. With their competition we do not have this problem this bad. Corona or not. Delivery is a few day later but not 2 weeks.
More we asked for our money back garantee but they are not honoring this promise either. So delivery day and money back garantee zre not taken seriously with this website BEWARE

Great warranty with great fast service!
Bought earbuds back in february, but they recently broke in October.
