Frustrating! Security Deposit??
I have been waiting for my security deposit since past 2 months. These guys do not respond to emails or whatsapp messages or calls. They just go silent. No amount of messages or emails makes them respond. How can they simply keep the deposit without rightfully returning it. Very unprofessional and do not care for customers. I will be planning my next steps soon to get back my deposit.

Poor company to rent from, did not refund my deposit. I have tried to contact several different departments and nothing done so far.

Do not rent a car from here! They rented me a car covered in damage with the engine light on and the drivers response was “don’t worry it is fine, you will only be charged if in an accident” as he could see as I inspected the car that there was ALOT of damage. When they collected the car they tried to claim one of the many damages on the car was brand new (you could tell it was old damage and also there was no way I could have caused it as it had been parked in car parks next to cars and the damage was low down and a large dent that couldn’t have been caused by a car next to it.
They are now not responding to my calls or messages when I am asking a manager to call and have not refunded my deposit. I needed a hire car for less than 2 days when mine was in the garage and should have just used Sixt who I have used before. The cars are better quality, they would never give with an engine light on or a car covered in such bad damage everywhere, and they would never have this poor level of customer service. I am still waiting for the manager to call me and this happened 4 days ago.
Honestly, do not use this company it is the worst customer service I have ever received
