Terrible Service - does this company still actually exist?
They take orders but never actually send them. I've tried calling and emailing for weeks now and no reply. I got the mobile number of the guy from PayPal and called him and he said he'd sort it out and call me back - a week later and still no reply and he no longer answers my calls!

Ordered some items from the site, over a week later I had to chase as they had not sent the items or informed me of what was happening. No answer on the phone so I left a message this was not replied to, I also sent them an email and they did not reply. Luckily I paid through Paypal so raised a case. They did then refund me. At no stage have they made contact to explain what was happening
Purchased a difficult to get hold of single replacement componet for my Systemline multiroom system and Smarthousestore went out of their way to source this item for me. It was not a gneral item available but thanks to Smarthousestore we now have our system back up and running.
