Bought an time from SmartGreenShop.Was sent a completely different one.I sent an email to Nigel, asking to be sent the item I ordered. Never received any replies. Filled in the form on their website explaining about the situation. Again, no responses from the company. I will not order from them ever again.
Bought an Item which i have had for years and it gave up the ghost because it was old.
So I replaced it from the SGS.
It worked for around a few days but you could not access the History.
They asked me for more information which I gave, and then completely ignored me
Then i had to get in touch with Amazon who gave me a refund.
