I rung smart flow services up to cap my cooker to install an induction cooker (something they must get a lot of these days) and thought I would get my boiler serviced at the same time.
When their gas man arrived he said he had been booked in to service the boiler and "check" the cooker... I am not entirely sure what they wanted to check or why when I phoned up to book in the job, they weren't interested in what I exactly wanted 'checking' with my gas cooker.

They then said they wanted to double the price to do the work. I disagreed and cancelled the job requesting my deposit of £55 back. They refused and kept my money without doing anything in the house.

I said I would be happy to call it quits, take my deposit back and forget about it.

But since they had my money, the manager point blank refused and hung up on me!!

I would not recommend there services.

ps. I have requested the phone recording from the original phone call (which they tell me they have listened to). The female manager told me she would send this to me.

Callum came out to fix a leaking stop Valve. This was not an easy job by any standard as it was around 5ft deep into the ground and must have been tremendously hard digging up the path and the hard core and clay all by hand. Still he persisted even though it took him the whole day and into the evening.
More like a two man job!
However, he repaired it within the day and has put it back like new cleaning everything off before finishing.
An amazingly tenacious resiliant worker!
Would definitely recommend Callum and this company!

Mark and Dan fitted a new boiler today. They were on time, polite and got on with the job. Mark explained the fitting and the information for the operation of the boiler.
