Scum. Pure and simple.Do. Not. Buy. Calling the Florida AG's office.

May 2nd, I ordered an Apple series 3 Iwatch. I received an Apple series 2 Iwatch. Called got a return label and they shipped another incorrect series 2 apple iwatch. I got BBB involved. Called again no answer this time no response to email. The BBB reached out to them and I was sent a return label. Out of nowhere received a $50 credit, days later got explanation they did it for my troubles. An apple series 3 iwatch arrived BUT, it was still connected to an existing apple id account. Called/emailed and messaged BBB again. Got return label, got proof it was received by them. Now, they stopped responding to emails and calls and to BBB. They have my money and I have nothing but frustration to show for it!

The worst service in the world I requested to cancel my order right after and they received my request but sent it anyway and I have been calling and trying to contact for two days and no one has answered. Absolute garbage service, never buy from here. If you guys are reading this can I HAVE MY REFUND NOW THANKS

Got my refund promptly after I vented online. Customer service crap but happy with the outcome. Company could be so much more if they followed through with orders as they did with the refund.

Please this Smarter-phone.co company is fraudulent. They don’t answer emails or their phone. Paid for an iPad and refused to be shipped. No update, don’t respond to calls. Was kept on hold for 1 hour without answering. Please can any one contact the Police or frauds Agency. This is serious for 21st century.Fake company still exist! My advice to anyone, please do not pay or order any items from this website. They are absolutely online criminals.

Please dont by at this website.My girlfriend paid for an Iphone SE(invoice number 128475) beginning of November 2017.After one month without receiving the phone we contacted the company and by email they replied us that they are insolvent and they cannot provide us with the phone and that we will get our money back in the next two months.Still without money.Please dont by in this website.Maybe we will not get our money back(Eur 317) but I will do my best so this doesnt happen to anyone else writing this comments almost everyday .If one day we get our money back I will write it as well.
