I dread soup day…
I’ve been using the soup for 3 months, I’ve come to dread soup day! It’s a little more palatable with a teaspoon of marmite and a little Parmesan. I hope it works, won’t know until my next hba1c in the spring. I intend to keep at until then.

Really hopeful for this soup
Really hopeful for this soup. Although can't abide the taste so add my own soup or veg to it. The texture is like paste, so any improvement would be gratefully received!

Sorry to hear you're not a fan of the taste/texture though. This batch of soup is thicker than we were expecting (it is packed with real broccoli, after all!), so feel free to add more hot water to taste when you make it up - this can improve the texture by making it a thinner and therefore more enjoyable soup.

Tolerable with Worcestershire Sauce
I can barely abide the taste. Greens are far from my preferred food. But,the threat of metformin is enough to make me try the soup to get my sugar levels down so having tried the trial pack I’ve ordered the next 3 month supply and I’ll measure progress after that. It’s just about tolerable with a large dash of Worcester Sauce.
The service throughout has been excellent.

Early days but very good service.
It's still early days to comment on whether this product will work for me, but communication and service from the company has been very good. I quite like the taste of the soup, and sometimes add cream or grated cheese ( I haven't seen anything that suggests this compromises effectiveness) . But once a week isn't a burden , even if broccoli isn't a favourite, if it really does improve blood glucose management.

We just advise keeping your own personal health goals in mind when adding ingredients (for example, if you're seeking better blood glucose management then it's best not to add anything sweet!)

Delicious soup!
I have recently started taking the broccoli soup, so don't know yet if it will help my blood sugar levels. However, the soup is delicious! I look forward to my weekly "dose". Hopefully it will have some impact on my blood sugar levels going forward.
