"Withdrawal rejected despite following all rules - No response from support":

"I purchased a funded account through Smart EA Incubator / Erfan MMS. In the
second month, my withdrawal of $1,483 was rejected by FundWayPlus, claiming I traded during news events.

However:
1. My positions were opened HOURS before the news event — not within the 5-minute prohibited w
indow stated in FundWayPlus's own rules.
2. The support team (Pipsbee Support) explicitly told me that having open positions during news time is fine.

After the account was suspended:
- FundWayPlus never responded to my emails
- Smart EA
Iw-up emails went completely unanswered

I have full documentation including screenshots of the incorrect guidance from their support team, FundWayPlus's own rules, and all email correspondence.

I trusted this team with my money and was let down completely."

I Bought their 1mil Funded account, through their affiliation to Fundway Plus Prop firm. Their Royal EA was used to trade on my 1mil account.

They were managing the account as well. They promise to intervene if there are issues. When I report my payout declined, they just said to me that they can't do anything about it.

They knew the reasons for the payout decline from Fundway Plus. They knew that the reason for decline was not warranted. They failed to assist me.

Do not use Smart EA Incubator. It is a SCAM.

I am prepared to remove this review if they intervene as promised before I signed up with them. But I doubt this this happen.

Save your money and do not join these guys.

I usually don't write negative reviews; I deal with the company directly to solve issues. Earlier this year (2025) I bought a funded account and had SmartEA Incubator to manage the account. The account is 200K, I had some success with their older EA so I thought it would be good to have them deal with my account. After a few weeks, I went into a drawdown, which can be normal with the market, but the account kept going down to 186k. Then my account disconnected from their bot, I had to reach out to them as they don't check if your account is connected. Took about a week to get the account back connected. The bot was able to bring my account back to 196K early October, then the account disconnected again.

Like I did in the past, I reached out to them. Then here is where the issue really started. I sent them messages on Telegram and also emailed them. On Telegram, the support team wasn't reading my message and when they did, they were not replying to me. On Nov 8, all the messages with support were deleted by them. I keep screenshots of my messages. I have emails and messages on Telegram to back up what I'm saying here.

I'm hoping that since I'm writing a review that I will hear from them, but my trust is very low.

Hi, Please dont buy account management service from them. Full scam, they are also affiliated with Fundway+ propfirm (scam propfirm) and promote fake payout certificates. I paid for the management service and paid for the 50k HFT challenge, which they passed for me and managed my account for three months, the bot they used on my account didnt even make 1% for three months. All three months i requested payout of about 200-300 but got denied with no reason. And now the propfirm blocked me and got blocked from the Telegram group. The UK address is fake and contact number doesnt work aswell.

In October 2024 I purchased an expert advisor from Smarteaincubator.com named Royal EA Incubator which made very few trades with hardly any profit and didn't work very well in general. The use license was linked to a single IP as only limitation, enabling it to be used on more than one trading platform within the same IP, which was one of the reasons I bought it. However, in December they launched a new version 2.5 and said that to avoid piracy they would limit the license to a single IP + a single platform to further limit the use of their EA, adding that the license for V1 would expire. Getting a Version 2.5 license involved the payment of $50 to cover the added security. This wasn't what I had purchased and thought that having to pay for a new license should be covered by the seller not the buyer. So I waited a couple of months to get some info on the new version 2.5. It was hard to find any report on its use apart from the hardly credible videos of winning trades shown on their Telegram channel. So I finally decided to go for the new license in early February 2025 and paid the $50. I had to wait like 10 days to get it and then it did not make ANY trades at all for about 3 weeks, after which it traded 2-3 times and no more trades to date. I complained and they said they would look into the matter and after 3 weeks they said they would issue an unlimited version of the EA for me, which they didn't do after about 50 days. They keep saying it is in process, that it is now unlimited, etc, etc. leading me on endlessly. From what I've seen, this company focuses on passing prop firm challenges on behalf of their buyers and sell EAs as a sideline activity but they ignore completely their EA clients and just lead them on and on so they don't do what I do, report them to Trustpilot. Although I don't have any experience with their prop firm challenges services, their performance with me is not very encouraging for any of their services. My advice: stay away from these guys, do not waste your money or your time.
Addendum: their website claims their EA is "The Most Powerful Forex Trading Bot With An Accuracy of Over 86%" and should also say "....when and if it enters trades".

After years of being conned out of serious money, I crossed their path. They passed my 25k challenge with a single trade exceeding 7000 usd!!! Thank you Erfan and Caleb!! You guys restored my faith in humanity. May the Lord God Bless you guys going forward!!!

They sold their Royal EA Incubator v1.02 for $1,297. Guess what, it is merely a renamed EA reconstructed from Yellen Bot EA. Both EAs look identical, like Twins! To make things worst, this Royal EA Incubator garbage uses Yellen Indicator for its signals! Yellen Bot EA is distributed on the internet freely.

2 day after on December 4th, 2024 the internet has the newer Royal EA Incubator v1.05 going at $10!

Their scam actor "Ethxx" promotes their Royal EA Incubator, Fast Pass, etc on their Telegram channel by proclaiming that their products are "Crushing the market...!" Personally, I think many scammers abuse Telegram to hitch the ride to prey on victims during this difficult times.

They should be rebranded as Scam EA Incubator, not Smart EA Incubator. That "Ethxx" guy who appears on their videos should be voted Best Scam Actor for Scam Oscars.

Stay away from Smart (Scam) EA Incubator! DO NOT engage them at all if you wanna be safe!

It was told that Supreme EA was the improved version of Alpha EA, and I paid for it by crypto. That's the beginning of my nightmare. It took more than 12 hours to get the licensed EA for my VPS, and there was no organized way to download set files but just a long thread of TG messages. Performance of Supreme EA was terrible with XAUUSD, or major US pairs. I made my complaint to Customer Service, but there was no much they can do but they had launched a way better EA called Royale, and it costs me US$997 to upgrade. The Seller treat me a paying customer like a dog shit.

3 weeks of relatively stable performance and then crazy drawdown on FTMO challenge account, in the light of monthly VPS payment, does not make any sense at all. If drawdown was once, it might take place any time, even on live account. 8 months to pass challenge? Add 39€ monthly VPS payment to overall costs. No, thanks! Do not recommend anyone to trade with so called Royal EA on personal account, your money will be gone to the market very quickly! Money back guarantee within 7 days that’s a trick! It’s impossible to understand whether EA works within 7 days! That’s marketing technique! Meanwhile, spotted on their channel feedback which was taken and cropped from other channels. Association with prom firm makes it look like classic dirty business, ones are selling funded accounts, others are passing, but clients are loosing their funded account very quickly, as a result loosing their hard earned money. Overall, that’s waste of time and money! Perfectly planned SCAM!!!

These results are unbelievable
I got a backtest from supreme robot in metatrader 4 and decided to buy its original version.
Robot Royal was recommended to me and I trusted it. I've been using it on props for three days now and I can't trust it.
It is more than good and if it is always like these three days it is the best and best forex robot to date

This company is a scam, I hired them back in October to pass a 100k challenge, they took almost 7 months to pass phase 1, we got to phase 2 and then i bought a 200k challenge. In about almost 2 months later after starting phase 2 for my 100k and phase 1 for my 200k, they blew both of my account. I sent them a message on telegram and their answer was that i had to send an email and wait 90 days for a reply. After 80 days which was yesterday i told them that they had 10 days to fix my issue and they offered me a auto trader bot worth $1497 instead of getting back my 2 challenge account plus the cost of passing the challenges. The total loss was $5,884.65, i told them that i wouldn't accept that and that I wanted both of my accounts back. Well well well, I checked today and they blocked me from both of their customer service account and banned me from messaging them. Good thing i took screenshots of the chats, I lost almost $6,000 and they just blocked me. Do not buy their program, most of the reviews are fake, thats how they do it. They also recommend prop firms that scam people after passing. The challenge accounts. I lost so much money with them and i messaged them from another telegram account and they replied back to me and blocked me again after i asked for an explanation on why they blocked me from my other account. If you need proof i have them all

This Royal EA really smashed the market really hard ! This week , 9th sept - 13 sept i managed to withdraw almost 800 usd. I just let the Royal do his job 24hours. This week was my 3rd time continuosly withdraw by using this EA.
