I’ve been using Smart DNS proxy for the past three years now with minimal issues. If you ever do have an issue on it straight away. I can only but highly recommend them. So much so I took out a lifetime membership.

Professional and prompt replies, progress reports and problem solved

I have been with Smart DNS Proxy since 2017. The service has been almost without any issues for all that time. I have only experienced problems when my ISP has changed settings or upgrades to my router firmware upgrades have caused a problem. The technical support is excellent and the problems are quickly resolved.

I've been using their products for at least 2 years now and it works like magic. There have been a couple of glitches over this time and their tech support has been great. They reply quickly and always get me sorted out quickly. I travel frequently and use their products to access my subscription services from various locations. I high recommend using SmartDNS.

I’ve been using their service for over 5 years. The two times it stopped working for longer than a day, they replied pretty quick to my email, and resolved the issue quickly. I’ve loved having it on my router with DDNS so that I have almost zero maintenance, and can watch all my US shows on my TV from Thailand. It may not have all the features of some of the other dns services, for me, it’s all I need.

Excellent product which does exactly what it says. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow - you don't need to understand them just follow them! Follow up assistance given when there was a problem - promptly and expertly.

Been a customer for a few years now and for the most part it's a service that just works. Occasionally (couple times a year) have issues with Amazon Service. Normally a few hours or day later the issue just goes away. on the very rare occasion I have to write to DNS Proxy, their response is always personal and quick to respond. They keep you in the loop and always come back with an honest answer. "Yes, we had an issue but our network team have now resolved it" ok great, life goes on.

Furthermore, the ability to choose your location dependent on the service you are using from their Website logged into your own account gives great flexibility. Recently switched from Disney+ in the UK to the US and got a whole bunch of different content.

They are a hassle free organisation and where I am located in the middle of nowhere helps me stay connected to the world

I have used Smart DNS for a few years now and have found them to be reliable and quick to respond when I have a problem. This past week I lost access to certain services. I contacted customer services and got an immediate response. The solution took a week to find but I remained patient as I knew they were doing their best and I still had access to all my other services. They kept me informed on progress through emails throughout the week. I would highly recommend them.

After contacting support they kept me informed about my request which was solved in a reasonable time.

Generally a reliable SmartDNS Provider. VPN Service a useful backup. Problems can take a few days to resolve, but usually get fixed.
I have used them for over 7 years.
