I love how my money grows passively at the comfort of my home. I am so lucky I came across with this application few months back through advertisements. I hesitated at first if this is for real, but as the time goes by it was a great experience.

I was searching for investment that can generate passive income within few weeks of investing without the high risk of equity and capital markets

If you are looking for a real estate exposure starting just for about 500aed, this is the platform for you. Easy to use and understand how you can start earning and research team dedicated on location and real estate industry not just in the UAE but othwr countries.

Very nice experience. The team is committed to make the whole process clear, with all fees explained before the investment and during the rental period. The support is easy to reach and knowledgeable. I've been dealing with them for 2 years and I'd highly recommend them.

Good so far, but need to see over the long term!

I give 4 stars overall. It would be 5 for the ease of process and transparency. All documents are visible. Investing is super easy. You just need to do your own research also as with any investment.
I am new to the platform (couple of months) and invested in several properties. I have received my 1st dividend also. So far so good.

The only reason why I give 4 and not 5 stars because I have not completed any cicle yet, nor I tried to withdraw funds from the wallet. So my experience is not complete. Once it happens I will update this review.
Also they should make it more visible how much cost you may face per investment. Their fees are visible but I did not find any info about the initial (share purchase) costs.
For your information it is about the 10% of the overall investment ammount (this covers the legal costs of the property purchase as per the transaction details). So everyone shall bare in mind that based on this minimum 1, rather 1.5 years you need to break even from rental dividends and beyond this timeframe you may try to sell your shares on the platform's secondary market. If you find any buyer... So be prepared for long term (couple of years) capital lock as there are no guarantees that the property would be sold before the 5 year cycle.

It was wonderful experience of investing in smart crowd, I invested in one of the properties and have received dividend payments for last 4 months. I am really amazed by this platform which gives us oppurtunity to invest in real state in UAE and get the return back in form of continuous dividends.

Smart crowd is one of the few convenient methods I've come across for micro-investing in real estate in Dubai without the hassle of managing the property and with very small amounts of money.

The platform is easy to use, the team is professional, fees and returns are fair, and the experience has been great so far!

I like how SmartCrowd sets up an SPV with your name on it which owns the property. This gave me the peace of mind to invest through them, since your name appears on the SPV which owns the property.

Their platform is easy to use and I also like that they currently have two Secondary Market cycles per year where you can sell your shares. This allows for liquidity when needed.

So far I invested in 3 properties and I have had returns from 2 already. The dividends for one was slightly over expectation and for the other unit it was a bit under expectation. You just have to be prepared for slightly less than expected returns on your investments.

It's been a useful platform specially for those who want to invest in UAE real estate market but are concerned about the concentration risk.

Very easy to use investment tool which functions equally well on IOS, Android, and the web. The offerings are good for investment and the financials are clearly spelled out up front. The best part is that there are real humans behind the process and they use common sense when and if issues arise.

I liked the fact that the app has made investing in real estate easy for me with the varied amount of properties and the in depth detail about each one, one fact that i found quiet unfortunate was the percentage of dividends were quiet less and would barely make any difference if you're looking to invest short term a slight increase in the percentage would make a huge difference in investing more from my personal experience.

I think the smartcrowd concept is simply brilliant

The application is very easy to use and the fact that you can invest in real estate in the UAE with small entry amounts is, in my opinion, a great opportunity for diversification.

The smartcrowd team is easy to contact and very responsive, which is really pleasing.

I'm looking forward to seeing future improvements to their services and the development of their company.

I loved the idea and the concept of the company which is why I started investing with SmartCrowd. So far I've started seeing returns come in and hopefully I'm able to grow my portfolio. The option to sell or withdraw money is yet to be tested but I don't think I'll have many issues with that.
Not a fan of the fees and found myself unable to invest just above the minimum as it seems to only allow investment in chunks determined by the app. Also didn't see the referral amount from my sign up.
