Unethical, deceiving and opportunist "company".
They seem to re-sell cheap products, mostly from Chinese manufacturers, for massively elevated prices. It appears that they take their own pictures of the products and ship from European warehouses to pretend that the products origin from Europe. The customer service only cares to sell the product rather than provide useful advice (I originally considered buying a laptop sleeve). After contacting them, I was spammed with annoying emails trying to scare people to buy their masks and other products.
I found their face masks, but for €5.40 each, and their laptop sleeve/stand, but for €15.00 and in many more sizes and colours. Can't show evidence as links are not allowed.
Avoid!

Brilliant masks, and prompt, friendly comms from customer services. I've used Smartcover masks for a while, and they're all excellent, but these FFP2 masks are really superb - fit-adaptable, very comfortable, breathable and easy to clean. Highly recommended!

I’ve ordered both the 3-layer masks and the FFP2 masks from SmartCover. Both are really comfortable to wear and they fit very well, especially the FFP2 masks. They have stood up extremely well to a considerable amount of use and multiple washes. They definitely work out a lot cheaper than disposable masks and produce a lot less waste.
I had occasion to contact customer services concerning a delayed delivery of my last order (Christmas rush and Christmas postage!) They were really courteous, returned my email very quickly, dealt with the matter promptly and followed up to ensure all had gone well and that I had received my order. I was most impressed. How occasional problems are dealt with really shows how committed a company is. I was most impressed with their service.

I made a purchase of Smart Cover; the masks arrived as promised. I have not had opportunity as yet to wear them outside. However, I tried them on and they fitted perfectly and did not appear to Fogg up my glasses, which is good; also unlike some cloth masks, breathing is easy and comfortable, no strain nor stifling. Also, ear piece is comfortable and does not bruise nor cut into the ears.

At first I had trouble finding the german or european website. So i contacted support and got help quickly. Because of high demand on masks during that time, there have been long delivery times. I contacted support again to get some info on my order and the respond was quick, true and polite. I’m happy with SmartCover!

I recently purchased the Smart Cover masks and while it took quite some time to get to NZ it was worth the wait - they are a great product. Comfortable and light weight / breathable in summer. Highly recommend these.

I wanted version 1 of the mask as I find them more comfortable. The team were very helpful and my order was placed in no time. Delivery was quick in spite of the Royal Mail tracking system not being updated. Because of this, I was today contacted by the team to see if my order had been received. Great service and the masks are good too! Recommended.

The FFP2 masks are incredibly comfortable and have a seal around the nose and mouth where you feel there is a good level of protection.
I also want to say the help I received from Anglelo and Amber G were incredible when my order was delayed.
They stayed in constant contact and gave me a full breakdown of why the delay happened. I received an email immediately after receiving my mask to confirm the order had arrived.

First the positives, the Smart Cover FFP2 masks are excellent, they are soft, comfortable and capable of being worn for extended periods without becoming uncomfortable. At work I have to wear a mask for 7.5 hours during my shift and these are the most comfortable masks I have used (and I’ve tried a lot) and importantly for me you can chew wine gums whilst wearing the mask 😷. Now the negatives, I went to the Smart Cover website (smartcoverco.co.uk) to place an order for 2 masks, filled out the order form, quantity, name, email address no problem then when I tried to enter the delivery address the was no option for delivery to the UK !! so I exited the website, shortly after I received an email from “Kate” at SmartCover reminding me I hadn’t completed the order and over a few emails back and forth I explained there was no UK delivery option and “Kate” was eventually able to send me a link that did have UK delivery options and very generously a discount code for 15% off, so I followed the link and filled out the order form everything ok until I tried to enter the discount code and it didn’t work which was very annoying but by this time all I wanted to do was place the order and as I had previously bought these masks and knew how good they are I was willing to pay full price, so I completed the payment details. Next day I got an email from “Kate” reminding me I hadn’t used the 15% discount code she had “personally approved”, I replied the code hadn’t worked so I had paid full price, I then get another email this time from “Angelo” who had looked into the discount code problem and he had issued a partial refund (happy days). When my order was dispatched I was sent a “Royal Mail” tracking number which didn’t work !! further emails arrived asking if I would leave a review, and other asking for feedback about the “support” I had received, I did tell “Angelo” the tracking number didn’t work and he resent exactly the same useless tracking number back to me ! Thankfully my order has now arrive and I have got the brilliant face masks 😷 that I was so desperate for.

Bought FP2 masks along with some other products. I was disappointed that the masks did not arrive with thee other goods, but customer service was excellent. I have the masks now and am very pleased with them.

I ordered masks before Christmas but they did not arrive. In January I contacted Smart Cover and they responded within 2 days. Replacements arrived quickly by post and I am pleased with their fit and comfort.

Ordered five masks and got complimentary "Gummis" - they arrived but no masks - have tried to contact four times without any response and no call centre £65 out of pocket; no masks and now have Covid!
Update -
I have now received the masks which are excellent It’s a shame that their customer service is so poor and they do not advise customers when there are issues
