Difficult Installation and Awful return Policy

They sell a fingerprint usb FIDO U2F Key-ID device for logging onto a few different websites and devices securely. I found it difficult, if not impossible to install. They have offered to help with quite a bit of time, effort and screenshots on my end. It was not an easy plug-and-you're-done. My biggest issue is that if you want to return it you have to ship it internationally to the UK - very expensive. I'm stuck with it and no time to painstakingly go through the difficult installation process (if it does work at all).
