I’ve been working with Smart Builder 360 for a while now and honestly… you can tell it was built by people who have actually been in construction.
What I like most is that it doesn’t try to do a million things just for the sake of having more features. It solves the stuff that builders deal with every single day. Estimates, change orders, schedules, client selections, specs… everything stays in one place and it’s just easier to keep projects organized.
The specification book alone is a huge help. It cuts down so many back-and-forth conversations and avoids those “I thought we agreed on this” moments with clients.
Support has been great too. Every time I’ve had a question or suggestion, I felt like they actually listened instead of sending some generic reply. You don’t get that very often these days.
If you’re a small or mid-size builder and you’re tired of spreadsheets, texts and trying to remember where everything is… I’d definitely recommend giving Smart Builder 360 a try. Simple, practical and built around how builders actually work. That’s what sold me.
