Do not use - and loses items and takes ages to respond

Do not use. One of the London branches delivered some of someone else's belongings to me, lost about 4 of my boxes, would takes ages to respond to my emails and calls chasing for a resolution to locate the items or for compensation, and have taken a whole year to agree to give me a piddly amount of compensation.

Note that this company is called Smartbox Storage and their website is smartboxselfstorage.co.uk

There is another company called Smartbox Self Storage which do not operate in London and their website URL is marginally different smartboxselfstorage.uk which does not have 'co' and they are probably totally fine.
