Il customer care è un set di domande/risposte e non c'è modo di avere un contatto diretto per la risoluzione dei propri problemi. Al momento io ho un pagamento effettuato e andato a buon fine, ma non il prodotto consegnato -- come posso fare?
The SmartBox customer care regards a set of already fulfilled Q&As, but there are no email/live chats to help solve different problems. For example, I have purchased an item that was sent to an international address, and there isn't the possibility to amend that!

Just changed my box...wanted to go to Ischia but although the upgrade I still can't find an arrangment where to go for a weekend .... just sad about it! I believe smartbox should better check his partners and the avaiability otherwise they should have to write no weekends
