If it looks too good to be true....
I bought 2 Vitality watches, 1 for me, 1 as a gift. The heart rate monitor is wildly inaccurate (at times half what it should be) and erratic (as tested against a highly rated competitor). Sleep function is ridiculously wrong (1 night I slept 4 hours & it recorded me sleeping 9 hours). When exercising the screen keeps blacking out so you need to keep pressing the button to see your stats. I want to return the 2nd unopened box and after 5 unanswered attempts I have sadly had to involve the bank.
