Despite showing the item in stock and taking my money you didn’t have the item. It took 4 days to inform me of this and let me know when stock would be available.
I posted this review (before this edit) and they cancelled my order!

Quick delivery and product was cheaper than other stores.

Extremely disappointed with this company, I brought a product online, advertised and sold to me at £199.99, within an hour, my order was cancelled, the email said I cancelled the order when I didn't, and then there was no response to my message to ask why, then next thing the product was advertised £100 more (which I suspect was the reason my order was cancelled). Disgraceful customer service, will never use again as they did not even have the curtesy to respond to me.

Easy to order online and within a couple of days arrived safely nicely packaged.
The Smeg coffee machine in pristine condition and makes lovely coffee.

Very impressed over the handle my order, even though they had to be a change made to it efficient everything was done as they explained it would be.

The Ninja Airfryer arrived perfectly boxed but it was the amount of time it took to arrive, not in the time specified with the order. DHL we missed the first time but stayed in for the next time specified but did not arrive, stayed in the next time and it arrived. That's the only point time it took to arrive from order date.

Quick return and exchange.
Good communication once my mail was redirected from their junk folder and very generous and understanding with an overdue return bought in November for Christmas.

Ordered a Smeg bean to cup coffee machine during Christmas - new year break. It arrived on the first working day after the bank holiday.
The price was half what our local department store were selling for.

Please be aware of this company. Customer service is beyond disgusting. I purchased a Smeg coffee grinder for a Christmas present for my son which he opened Christmas Day. The product had obviously been used. My son emailed Appliances online with the pictures attached showing the used coffee grinder.
The responding emailing this morning has basically implied that we are liars and thery are closing the case.
Totally unacceptable.
