needed CTV I did my research and came across Smart & Secure Homes They had great reviews The website was very easy to navigate and there were the different options of CTV There were videos explaining the different cameras that they install and what each option of CTV and what to expect I particularly liked how transparent this company are The price packages are on their website which I appreciated I booked an appointment with Simon and he was so professional and he listened to what my requirements were and gave very good advice I chose the package I needed and was happy with and a quick installation appointment was made the following week Elliot came and installed my cameras and wow he worked solidly and very professional young man His work was faultless He made sure everything was done to a very high standard The installation was very neat and tidy he even took down my old CTV and disposed of it Nothing was too much trouble for this young man I had an emergency and Elliot was absolutely amazing he worked solidly for hours I now have fantastic CTV coverage and peace of mind I chose the mid range offer and I am supper pleased with the quality of the cameras and have had no problems since it’s been installed I really highly recommend smart & Secure Homes Trustworthy and highly professional Thank you Elliot I hope you get a bonus You deserve one!😊

Very efficient and helpful. Extra cameras and updated system. New cameras blend in perfectly with our anthracite windows, gutters etc.
Simon set everything up again on our mobile devices. Very impressed.
