I'm a professional photographer who have been using album design softwares over the past 14 years and I have to say that Pixellu checks all the boxes when it comes to speed, ease of use, price, support and overall asethetic quality.

The most impressive feature is that it, unlike most of its competitors, the software dynamically changes the layout if you add more images to the spread. And instead of prowling through dozens of blank templates, you can actively preview the layouts and different versions of it by toggling the UP or DOWN cursor.

Very importantly, it is vector-based and provides easy scaling when it comes to the output stage. This saves storage space (imagine your unflattened layers while working in Bitmap for Photoshop) and takes away the headache when your client decides to upgrade to a bigger album while you're halfway working on the layout.
