One of the highest quality prepped meals
Smart Meals are the tastier and most diverse prepped meals I have tried so far. I am no professional athlete, but due to my busy schedule, I prefer to spend less time in the kitchen and more quality time with my family. I do like to keep my health in check with good food (and regular exercise of course). Smart meals take away the worries of food planning and keep you on the healthy track even when you have no time to prep food.
The meals are very well-balanced in terms of nutritional content and come in various sizes to suit your needs- from low ro high-calorie options. The meals easy to store and prepare, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Most importantly, to the best of my knowledge, this is the only company in Benelux to offer good quality and tasty vegan prepped meals. Highly recommend!

Sorry to hear this. PostNL had a lot of delays last month. Because we we vallue a delivery that is on time and frozen offcourse we switched to another courier that is always on time! If you mail oure helpdesk they will come with a solution for the defrosted meals ;-)
