Don’t trust them to send anything on time or tell you if something isn’t going to send for whatever reason. But they are sure quick to take your money

I received part of my order damaged from the carrier I emailed immediately and they were so nice and sent me a replacement so fast! My pictures look amazing!

Ordered canvases received styrofoam boards and was then told if I shipped them back then I could receive 50% of what I paid for them in store credit after the shipping label cost was subtracted from the 50% refund so basically would have enough to then buy anything close to what I originally purchased and didn’t receive. Absolute trash company.

Their customer service team is excellent! I submitted two pictures that were not of good quality and their team reached out and worked with me to change the images of my pictures to make sure that the Smallwoods I was ordering would be perfect! Will definitely be ordering many more pictures!

I ordered two very large frames and prints, when I received them, one had a small issue and they were so quick to respond and send out a new print. The shipping was originally suppose to take 5-7 days and my order shipped the next day! Customer service is fantastic. A company I will be using for life for any prints in the future.

Terrible. The quality is different than previous canvas I purchased. The color came over extremely dark to where you can’t even see our faces AND they won’t do a single thing. I regret spending as much as I did on this business and I will not be giving my business anymore. I looked at how my picture should have came out which was a lot brighter. They have your money so they don’t care. Stay away!!! Find another place who actually cares about their customers.

Beautifully done 20x30 portraits of my 3 children! Did a stained frame and it all looks wonderful! Arrived quickly too!

I’ve ordered multiple times now and am always completely satisfied. The pictures look great even in different sizes. Customer service is excellent, I made a mistake with one of the pictures I was ordering and they caught it and stopped it before printing to double check with me first. I was then able to get the right one to them and was sent a preview to double check before it went to production. I was extremely pleased

Incredibly disappointed! I ordered 6 scenic prints 12x16 and they are so blurry and look terrible. When I emailed them I was basically told there was nothing they could do for me. I will not be putting these on my walls and now I am out the money spent for them.

I have ordered from smallwoods before and had great experience. I trusted that they would do the same however, this order has been all wrong. I’m being ignored with them fixing it. I am so disappointed as I have several orders from them in the past that everything was perfect. I wish they would fix my order or just refund my money. I am so disappointed in the customer service I have received.

Smallwoods is a small business in Texas where the quality is top-notch and the customer service is impeccable. I've purchased from them multiple times, and highly recommend them!

We have been using this company for years. We recently ordered a few family photos and had some issues with print quality/integrity during shipping with FedEx. To make it right, they included an extra frame with one of the replacement print refills. Their customer service is wonderful and product is top-notch!

Great product with a great helpful staff

I sent professional photo files in, when the canvases arrived they were so washed out you can't tell where a purple shirt ends and the white background begins. When I contacted their Customer Service they said it was my fault for sending them those files. I have ordered before and loved the product so not only was I disappointed with the product I received this time, I am disgusted with their 'response' to my issue which was to blame me and tell me they hope I order again soon. Beyond ridiculous, this was not a small order and they are taking zero accountability and telling me according to them it's my fault. I filed with the BBB and will share my terrible experience everywhere I can!

They charged me instantly however I never received a confirmation email & now there’s not even a record of me ordering! Over $200 worth!

I was so amazed with how everything worked with this company! First my cousin recommended them! So I tried it out. Got my pictures pretty fast I thought! One of my prints came creased which sucked but when I talked to their customer support! The lady helped me and sent a picture out super fast! I’m sure something happened in shipping and had nothing to do with them but I would always recommend them to everyone! They were amazing! The people were amazing! And the product is so beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you so so much!

If you’re considering ordering custom pictures, stop scrolling and just do it—Smallwoods is incredible. My order arrived quickly, and the quality was even better than I expected. The quality is amazing! The customer service is top notch a recent order I had the picture did not upload correctly and they reached out quickly to resolve the issue to make sure the picture was clear and problem was solved they responded to each email quickly! I love the quality and customization of each print is top notch from my first order in 2020 i haven't and won't go anywhere to order my custom prints Smallwood Home is amazing!
