The Smallwood Home team was patient working with me to make sure my order had the best quality for the canvas! I had ordered 2 and 1 had issues. They went ahead and processed the first very fast and worked with me on the other. I appreciate Ariel, Trinity, and Anthony!

Horrible customer service. Had an issue with one of the image size I ordered and tried to contact support immediately after I made the order to fix it before production, unfortunately I could not get ahold of someone till the next day and they told me it was too late to fix. I was told to wait till I received the item and then contact them again. After I received the order I told them my issue again and they offered to give me 50% of what I paid for the item in a gift card if I returned the picture. I sent the picture back and they sent me a gift card for 1/4th of what I paid. I called figuring it was an honest mistake but they refused to make it right. I paid over $100 for this picture, they sent me $24 back and now I’m out a picture and $75+ dollars. I would have just kept the picture if they would have been honest.

Also, when I received the order I was very surprised at the quality. The pictures are very lightweight and flimsy, Being super easy to damage because they’re literally printed on a foam board with a thin cardboard backing. My 18mo old could lift the 25x17”.

I have tried everything to make this right and tried to give them the benefit of a doubt but they did me wrong and I will be telling everyone I know not to use this company. Highly dissatisfied.

Had issues with my shipping address, I wasn’t aware they couldn’t ship to a PO BOX. I received help from an employee named Reese who was very quick to respond, informative, and efficient. He had my order fixed before 24 hours was up ( I had gotten an email letting me know prior that it could take up to two days for a response due to the holiday season). Highly recommend and I can not wait to see my portraits!

photos are blurry and I wanted to make sure they are a good resolutions and they wouldnt let me change them even if they are in production

Smallwood is one of the few on line companies that you can actually call and get a real person to answer. Trip and the other employees I talked to were friendly and helped me correct a mistake I made, while I was on the phone. I didn’t have to wait for a call back. Most everyone in my family have ordered from Smallwood and always get good results. Highly recommend

My pictures can fast and they look beautiful. Such a good price. I was quoted for the same size photos from other companies for hundreds of dollars more than what I paid. What a great company!

I am a newer customer of Smallwoods and have loved my customer experience so far! In my latest order, I had accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of my frames. I called their customer support line to be greeted by the friendliest agent, Nicole! I explained my mom brain situation and she was able to resolve me quickly and efficiently! I was so impressed that I ended up ordering another custom frame! My husband works in customer support and I must say, this company cares about winning hearts by exhibiting great care with their customers.

I’ve been using smallwoods for years. I just recently got a new order and 2 of my pictures had a mistake-one placement was off and a mess up on paint above my daughter lip on another. I called customer service both times and talked with Ariel. She was super polite, apologetic and helpful. She made my order right and did it quickly. Machines and people aren’t perfect, but the company can only know if you call to tell them. These canvas with frames are absolutely stunning. I will always use this company. Love that they are family owned too!

I ordered framed prints from this company, they came out better than I expected and absolutely beautiful. Accidently ordered the double print and Autumn, Claudia and Reese were able to help me get this corrected in fast turn around time. Will definitely be coming back for more.

It was very easy ordering from smallwood home and their selections of what we were looking for was perfect We had a small mistake on one of the pictures and they handled it very quickly and took very good care. I highly recommend this.

I REALLY do not have enough words for how kind and compassionate this company is. They went way above and beyond for me over something I was having trouble with. The frames and prints are gorgeous, and I could not recommend them enough!

Terrible customer service. Don’t accidentally upload the wrong photo. They will not help to make it right.

I have ordered multiple framed pictures twice from this company! The framed pictures are beautiful! This company is eager to assistant you, change orders and timely! You never have to wait long periods of time to receive your order! If you want a beautiful product from people that care, I would suggest Smallwood!

My photos arrived as expected. I really loved them

Went online to order my framed print only to realize that in order to get all of the print in without cutting anything off, I would have to order a special size.
The person who answered all of my questions and helped me with this was wonderful at doing so. The print is beautiful and so vibrant. The only thing I am regretting is, that when I was going to order on the site and not with the help of a representative through email, I would've chosen the lighter colored wood frame out of the 4 choices shown. However on the site it shows the shades but doesn't show the shade/color name, so I just called it natural when ordering with the rep through email. Turns out it was actually called almond. Since it's a special order I'm kinda just stuck with it, unless I would want to pay more for the correct shade. Just pointing out so no one else does the same. I had no idea there was a natural and an almond based on the four choices I had seen when trying to order through the website. I really do think that the color name should be included under the picture of the corresponding frame.

I’ve used this company for years. Recently I ordered a very large framed print and the quality of the print was poor and blurry I realized once I received my print. Their customer service went above and beyond to help me get a replacement image for my frame and were so helpful and kind.
