Great products. My cats love them!

I am in the process of trying to get my cat Nala who is a diabetic age 18. She is very picky so have some difficulty getting her to switch to a new food. I am hopeful that she will switch to smalls. The food smells better than the store bought food.

Due to a medical issue with my sweet adult feline, she has been on prescription food and medication. The Smalls staff has graciously worked with us on scheduling food deliveries.

The company was amazing. The sample package I ordered went missing, and they promptly sent another one. Sadly, neither of my cats liked the product.

Thought I was ready for our new kitten. Bought a brand of kitten food and a few canned varieties. Coming from a shelter I didn’t think she would be picky. She was not happy. Then my sample box from Smalls came. Opened it right away, gave it to her and she went crazy for it.

This is a crazy footnote: I’ve had a few cats over the years. This is a first for me. Since feeding my new cat Smalls, the litter box does not smell.

My cat loves this stuff. It's quite expensive is my only complaint. Although I don't have any other cat food delivery companies to compare it to. High quality. Juggernaut approved!

My cat tried it and then threw up all evening. I tried feeding it to the feral cats who normally will eat anything. They would not touch it. Should have known something was wrong when the enclosed instructions are to starve your cat until it is forced to eat it. I canceled the subscription but somehow the company didn’t get the cancellation! Just got another box delivered and canceled again. Took the new box directly to the garbage bin outside. No point in keeping any of it. What a ripoff!

You were patient while my cat acclimated to your product. You did not push a sale or rush the process. Greatly appreciated.

Food was not liked by cats; not Smalls fault. But several messages were sent prior to second shipment in Mar 2026 (copies were sent to all Smalls contact points). Smalls rep (people and auto) stated I did not do it correctly. I have written proof that second order was canceled prior even to prep to send product and hence have disputed charge with CC company. Smalls has refunded 25%

I was excited after seeing advertisements about the product. I got my sample and not even one of my 4 cats would touch it. I cancelled my subscription when I still had time to change the order and they sent it anyway. They refuse to refund my money because my cancellation seems to have slipped by with out being noticed on their end. Now I'm going to be stuck with 80 in frozen cat food that the stays won't even eat and the text message customer support suggested to me that I open a can of tuna and put it on top of the food to trick my cats in to eating it. Not willing to refund me for their mistake. Normally I don't make bad reviews but their terrible product and terrible customer service really needs to be recognized. From reading other reviews I know I am not the only one who feels this way. If there was a negative 5 I would give them that.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give negative 5 I would. Ordered a sample, cats hated it. Cancelled my order once I saw they had scheduled me for another delivery, which I did not request. Texted them since they are too cheap to staff their phones. Replied that it was too late too cancel the order since is was already packed. I call bs on that.

My cat lived the food she was terminally ill . Smalls kept her going longer he ate it completely and kept it in her and she was looking so much better they delivered promptly and the food she liked and it was easy ti give pouches and glas dish preserved and scoop great help better and cleaner than cans

After being enticed to order their gift box. I decided to switch my cats food. They had underestimated the amount for my 3 cats and I realized it a few days after getting the first order. I placed and ordered. Not seeing shipment, I contacted smalls to ask where it was. I was told it had been canceled unbeknownst to me. So I had to place another order. In the meantime my cats will run out of food. The new order shows a label created on 5/3 and delivery of 5/5. But no tracking. It’s a huge headache dealing with this company. Their ads are believable but the experience is awful.

Always delivered as promised timely fashion. My two “boys” love smalls food. Thank you for such great service.

They make amazing fresh food. My cat absolutely loves it. They make it super easy to adjust your subscription and choose which recipes your cat enjoys the most.

My cats hate the food and I am stuck with at least 20 portions of frozen food I can't use and will probably donate to the local shelter

This is a good concept with, in our experience, poor execution. Definitely seems to be High Quality Cat Food that helps give your cat a long and healthy life.
Very convenient pouches of food that should be easy to store, in your freezer, as well as easy to open.
Food comes frozen, packed in dry ice. Unfortunately, for us, ours came completely defrosted. What a disappointment. We took it to an Animal Shelter so it wouldn’t go to waste.
Smalls should improve on how to pack, ship and keep the food solidly frozen during transportation. This would save on possible future spoilage.
With a few improvements, this could be a great solution for feeding your cat better food.
We will have to give the company another try again someday. Hopefully they figure this out soon.

My cat will only eat fish. No combinations. She wouldn't eat any of the food we received. I gave it to my daughter for her cats.

My cat absolutely loves his new food!! He gets excited every time he hears me get his bowls!! He even loves the treats!!! I can already see the benefits of the food his coat is looking nice and not shedding much anymore !!!

I’m allowed to regulate the shipments. My young cat likes it, except for the beef. My older cat doesn’t care for it.
