I have been ordering hay, pellets, and toys for my bunnies for years and SPS never fails me.

I order every snack for my guineas from Small Pet Select and the love them so I figured I could trust the hay based on their promise of picky pet approved and all the good reviews I’ve read. I ordered 30 lbs of hay total 20lbs of Orchard hay and 10lbs of 2nd cut Timothy hay, their favorites. Package arrived on time and the hay looked great but didn’t smell fresh and my guineas won’t touch it. I’ve tried hiding treats in it, making it fun for them but the refuse to eat it. It’s been almost two weeks now and had to order Kaytee Timothy hay because I fear their teeth becoming overgrown. I reached out to customer service, sent an mail with photos and explaining my issue but haven’t heard anything back from anyone yet. They have a 14 day return policy so my worry is that no one will respond before that time is up. It’s dissapointing for sure since I’ve spent so much money with this company, and seriously do value them for my guineas. I was so excited to order bulk. I’ll post an update if the issue gets fixed.

Easy check out, fast shipping, my chinchilla (Bonky/pizza roll) loves this stuff. Tried everything under the sun. Doing the orchard hay. She usually gets timothy 2nd cut (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED/REQUIRED), but im allergic to it. Orchard hay is supposed to be easy on allergies, AND IT IS.She used to eat carnival but after a year she barely touched it. But this stuff is fresh. You can see it, smell it. It's lush green and is hay dust free.

Im a new bunny mom and im finding out how fragile their little digestive systems are. How important nutrition is, how hay consumption is number one to help prevent gi-stasis, and to keep their teeth healthy. My Luna wasn't eating enough hay, although I was buying ox bow which is a known and recommend brand. Bunny influencers kept mentioning Small Pet Selects, so I decided to give it a try. I was blown away with how IMMEDIATE her response was to it! I think you guys sprinkle bunny crack on it lol jk But Luna absolutely loves it!! I decided to auto ship the big 10lb box every 4weeks but I think to keep it fresh I should switch it to 5, 2lb boxes every 4 weeks so I open a little box every week and the others stay sealed. Right now she thinks she is queen of the mountain and hops on top of it and munches and likes to climb under the lid as a tunnel. I sprinkle some in her litter and dig box and seal up the box when we are not home. Its only been a week so I hope she still eats it like this by the end of the month, if not not its because I should have went with the smaller box. Luna also loves the treats!! You carry the selective brand i get her at a good price and I decided to try the "sticks" instead of the o's i normally get. I gave it while grooming to keep her busy and she loved it! I had an issue with a coupon code and a sweet rep responded and resolved my issue so fast. I definitely recommend this brand and they have a new long term customer : ) My only complaint is that I live in a condo and the day it got delivered it was raining. Thank God it wasn't pouring so the box didnt get completely destroyed, but it was wet it some places and was luckily able to dry. We've been getting a lot of rain here lately and I have no porch or cover at my front door. Im a little concerned for future deliveries and hope the box can be placed in a bag on rainy days. Id hate to come home to a completely soggy mess.

It was super cute that they sent a little stone with my bunnies names on it and the extra note, I thought it was very sweet and personalized - the customer service part was above and beyond. That being said, I guess I had higher expectations for the bunny box content. I loved the experience of opening it with my bunnies but I just felt like I could’ve gotten better value for my money if I went to the store and picked out the toys and treats that I know my bunnies like.

it got here in a few days th box wasnt damaged an it was a good amount for a free sample
when i opened it an gave her a small amount she jumped right in her food bowl
an was just shoving things in her mouth running to her house an had herself a good meal an she really loved i never soon her go crazy over new food before

Hay delivered on time as expected, good quality and the box was bigger than i thought. There was no separation for the sample but it does not matter as we trying them all out anyway!! Loving this!

Products are amazing! I already buy the Timothy hay second cut and orchard grass and my bun loves them!

Got the seagrass slipper for my bunny and he tore into it immediately. Product arrived in perfect condition. Not a single wire in it!

I have a very picky rabbit, she wasn't thrilled about your hay product. She did, however, really enjoy the treats.
