This was my first order from Small Pet Select and what made my experience great was the quality of the product. I could smell the fresh Timothy hay before I even opened the box! It looked fresh and I really appreciated the long stalks of grass, the lack of dust and how little was wasted compared with other hay I’ve purchased.

What also stood out to me was the packaging and the thoughtful notes included inside the box. One small suggestion: I think customers would really appreciate a handwritten note rather than a computer-generated one. It’s all about the details and sometimes the little things really are the big things.

Overall, I was genuinely impressed with my first order and the entire experience!

Excellent in all regards. Notification ahead of time to tell me that my automatic shipment was going to be scheduled, allowing me to change the date. Once it’s shipped, I had regular updates as to when it would arrive. Great service all around, and the Bunns love the hay.

The hay we ordered has so much dust. Its like the hay was ground up on top of it. The checkout process was annoying too as it kept trying to show you extra "deals" to buy more.

When I got an order of hay that seemed off I was able to mention it to customer support who reviewed the photos I took and assured me that it was still good quality nevertheless they did offer me store credit which was going above and beyond.

I was using a hay that had a lot of tiny particles and dust, and it gave my rabbits allergies, so i started searching for a brand that actually cares about rabbits rather than just selling products.

I found Small Pet Select, I decided to give them a try I noticed their products come in boxes rather than bags like most others (which is the #1 cause of those tiny particles and dust), and wow 🤩🤩🤩 when I received the boxes, the hay looked so clean, with no tiny particles. I thought to myself: "Why didn't I find this sooner!" 🥺 the quality is so amazing 😻
