SCAM

After I paid and received the court documents to be filed from Small Claims Filing Service, the forms were incomplete, they only filled in the name and addresses. I sent a message requesting assistance in filling out the forms. They did not respond. I had to handwrite to fill in the forms. My documents were RETURNED by the court stating it was an incomplete filing error. My claim was delayed. Their response was they will redo the forms and send via certified mail for an additional fee of $29. I sent the corrected forms to the court myself. It's a scam. Don't waste your money and time.

smallclaimsfiling.com fake reviews everywhere. Supposed excellent Trustpilot.com rating...except I am the FIRST person to leave a Trustpilot.com review.

I got surgery at a hospital recently who lost all my stuff including my key fob, ID's, debit and credit cards...basically everything I need to do just about anything. I went to smallclaimsfiling.com to go ahead and file a civil lawsuit against the hospital for loosing my stuff. Anyways, so when I visit this site it looks like an amazingly easy, very helpful service that covers everything. They got advertisements from literally like 20 different EXTREMELY reputable sources...like the Washington post, the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, and a lot more. There Trustpilot rating was excellent. The only problem was that there wasn't a single review on Trustpilot.com for this website...I know it was the correct Trustpilot.com page because there was a direct link on Trustpilot to smallclaimsfiling.com.....lol.....supposedly they had an excellent rating on Trustpilot.com and when I went to check several other review sites, almost EVERYTHING was negative......1 star after 1 star....these people want $149.99 for services that don't exist. This is a scam site....if you go to the site feel free to visit one of at least 20 different supposed reputable sources that say they are excellent.
