SBT is a company that produces quality products with superior customer service. I ordered a "custom" fixture from SBT & my package was lost in the mail! However SBT immediately let me know they would replace the missing package - a very trustworthy & reliable company - which they quickly did! I have since then also ordered their bridge bumper and it is also an amazing product that is essential for any frame maker. I wish them the best in their future success and know I will place another order in the near future. The Christmas season is upon us and somehow I didn't realise that so I didn't expect miracles. The goods very shipped in a short timespan. For a clarification with the order, they called me and all was agreed swiftly.
The prices are fine/fair, the products were packed with care and after sale communication was great.

Good for basic hobbystic eyewear making.
Anything serius (more than 10 frames a year) will require serius solution.

Started as an actual helpful company, ended in a 2 year long excruciating series of issue with their machines.

They will not offer even a partial refund (or take back their own machines) and accuse me of misuse even if I was followed by them for 2 years of constant repairment and replacement of parts.
They even admitted they don’t know the issue .

I can only recommend Matej as he’s indeed a supportive professional human being.

I was sent to SBT to buy a polishing tumbler. They where extremely helpful in the whole process. They gave us a couple to choose from. The unit is nice and smoothly running. They were helpful and quick with calling back on questions we had on installing, operating and optimising the tumbling process. I would buy from them again and send any customer looking for a eyewear making equipment their way.
