I got 80% of my order and the rest never came - no communication possible!
I am living in Oise (60890) and online ordered goods worth more than 2000 euro. I received the first delivery (80% of the total goods) without problem. However, the second shipment never arrived. I contacted customer services by email and although they initially replied and appeared to try to find out what happened, they subsequently wrote that the order had been delivered and simply stopped replying to my mails. I must say I have never ever experienced such a total breakdown of communication. It is most bizar they would think the problem will go away by itself if they stop replying. I am now forced to start legal procedures. Bottom line: you can order here and receive maybe 80% of the goods - but after that it is anyone's guess what may happen.
