The customer is never right
I ordered a robe after having one bought myself as the colours are pretty. I bought one for my mum for her birthday I had issues on the website and asked on the chat option what I wanted to order. I was told to order a medium and the order would be amended due to a site glitch. I did so, 3 days later and a day before my mums birthday an email telling me they weren't in stock even though I had asked the question prior. Happy to take you're money. I'm offered a green one which I ordered grey or the 'pro' version with no option of a discount for inconvenience or anything. Quick responses only when buying. Apparently mu refund will go in on the 6th yet paypal can be instant. Go elsewhere pay a bit more for better customer service and products!!
