Best purchase of the year so far!
Fantastic experience with this company - prompt responses to queries, item was extremely well packaged and very easy to put together. Its always a risk buying an office chair without trying it in person first, but I have found this chair to be very comfortable and supportive so far!

Really nice adjustable chair
Really nice chair which is amazingly adjustable. Extremely good value. I so much wanted to keep this chair but sadly found the seat too hard and try as I might I just couldn't get used to it. (i had my previous chair for 30 years!)
Fantastic, honest, helpful, and patient customer service. Perfect. They made returning the chair stress free. They deserve many more stars!

Cheap and nasty without the cheap
Not overly impressed by the quality of the chair I've bought, the headrest is incredibly cheap and uncomfortable - one of the screws didn't actually screw in as it's seemingly screwing into plastic? The whole thing just feels really cheap, like an Amazon £50 job.
The seat isn't particularly robust or stable, IE, noticeable movement of the overall structure when you move in it, id expect a chair to be relatively solid in it's moving parts.
It's fairly comfortable outside of these issues but honestly it feels cheap overall. That’s the overriding feeling sitting on this chair - cheap.

Finally a Chair That Fits Me Perfectly
Purchased product:
Task One - Grey Frame - With Arms - Fog - Standard
It has been a month since the chair arrived, so this feels like the right time to leave a review.
In short, I have not once considered returning it. I expect to keep this chair for YEARS.
Delivery was exactly as stated, within 4 working days and it arrived on schedule with FedEx. It took me around 15 minutes to unpack and assemble, easy job.
I am 154 cm tall and many ergonomic chairs tend to suit taller people better, so they are not always ideal for me. This chair is different. The adjustable seat depth means my lower back and legs stay comfortable, even after 8 hours of office work.
I also like to sit cross-legged and the chair remains comfortable for hours. The tilt lock, height, and armrests are all easy to adjust, so I can change posture smoothly throughout the day.
Overall, I am very happy with this chair and would definitely recommend Slouch to family and friends.

I'm really pleased with my new Slouch…
I'm really pleased with my new Slouch chair. It's a leap of faith ordering from the internet and not being able to try the chair first, but I'm so pleased I did. I emailed Slouch to query the delivery tracking which stated 2 parcels (there should only have been one) and I got a response within minutes. The chair was very well packaged and self assembly took less than 5 minutes. It's really smart, very comfortable and provides much better support for my back. I would highly recommend.
