The best online casino

I don't understand all the negative reviews, truly.
These people must simply not have followed what every casino asks for deposits/withdrawals.

I have played a lot on this casino. Lost a lot too, but that comes with gambling.
I am fortunate enough to be part of their VIP program. Best fidelity system ever AND god their support should be a standard for all online casinos.

Accused me of giving them the wrong…

Accused me of giving them the wrong bank details for my withdrawal ( I know them off by heart) it’s over a month now and still no payout of £315 just keep getting the same reply blaming me for “the wrong details” stay well clear

Bank card hacked after playing at this casino

I agree with the previous review, played at this casino and a couple of days later my bank card was used to attempt numerous different purchases at different merchants. Thankfully I got a text msg asking if it was me, as soon as I said no, I received a call from the fraud department at my bank. Will not be playing at this casino anymore.

Delayed payment for 7 months

I have been waiting since the beginning of March for a withdrawal from Sloty Casino for the amount of £888
I continually receive the following message when asking for an update:
"I checked your account and I can see it has been fully verified but the withdrawal is still pending. I have just escalated it internally to speed up the process again and you will receive an email shortly. Apologies for this inconvenience, we will do our best to sort it out"

I am not sure why or what is causing the delay having supplied them with several verification documents, all of which they say have now been verified..

I am becoming very concerned with this Casino. They seem to delay the payment continuously as a result I highly suggest staying away from this casino even if their UK license is reinstated. It's clear to see why it was removed in the first place.

I have been on live chat over 20 times asking on updates only to be told I will be contacted via email.

I never receive any emails on the status of the withdrawal or any updates in general, despite being told that I will.

I am looking for a reply from Sloty stating the payment reference number and an explanation as to why it has taken months to receive my withdrawal.

I deposited £15 and it said declined so seconds later I tried again successful, so 15 in my account I checked my bank and 2 lots of money came out so I contacted them after many emails explaining they owe me £15, it's like I'm asking for the impossible I was told it takes several days to refund, what a joke I'm only asking for My money also was told I could have a bonus instead so that means wagering MY OWN MONEY, never heard of anything so stupid in all my life, will not be back if I don't get my money

After a terrible time my husband signed up to Gamstop and has been successful in beating his demons thanks to Gamstop - it's been impossible for him to sign up or play at any casino...However, this place don't abide by the rules, they happily let him sign up and let him make a number of deposits...Back to the drawing board....thanks to this bunch of scummy low life....please avoid if you can, please...

Shut Mr. Slotty and all domestic and especially overseas rogue gambling sites down!!!

Registered with GamStop for five years, tested site to ensure couldn't sign up as had done previously with other sites when first registering and worked and gave reassurance that GamStop worked, that was two years ago.
Thought I would ensure this was still in place but materialises with Mr. Slotty, not only could I sign up but deposit as well.
Disappointed that GamStop had not worked and went to withdraw my £20 without any activity, however frustrated to find I would have to produce verification.
Contacted live chat and told I would have to wait two days for finance department to look into.
It's a no brainer for an agent to be empowered to use their discretion with a distressed customer to perform the action themselves, I explained this but still persisted.
Requested to escalate but still just went round in circles.
Now having seen the previous review of a similar nature but bigger deposit and the other reviews that in no uncertain terms they are scum sucking low lives!
Needs to be a universal block on all gambling sites for those that need it.
GamStop is not enough and this site and others operating in this rogue manner need to be shut down!

Sloty Casino to me is the worst site I ever played on and there are a lot online crappy Casinos, but this site is #1 the worst!

I’ve finally sorted out verifying my account once it was verified what took a month then had to go threw a standard check then once that happened they took all my winnings a refunded me 40 pounds because I deposited with a different bank account from a siblings I wrote out a 3rd party form signed by the bank account owner saying they agreed to the use of it and they still took the money worst site ever don’t use this site

Not paying winnings

My User ID is 9747674.
I have 2 withdraws that have been pending for near on a week now and still haven't heard a thing about them.
Im still able to deposit but its just not paying out my winnings.
Customer service is nonexistent and can never be reached.
After now reading reviews, I feel as though i have been scammed.
It's a shame as the site has some great games.
I'm not going to deposit again until this is sorted and i receive my winnings
