Unsure of the fraud / scam reviews. I’ve lost plenty but also won and whilst it’s frustrating to wait for withdrawal which are set as a max of £500 these do take up to 72 hours which for me has been consistent. Verification took a few days but since has also been fine - no doubt a few use this site as not on gamstop so patience is key or simply don’t use the site if you cannot wait for 72 hours

Don't deposit any money in this big scam casino. I played a couple of times there, and my winning weren't credited; they just looked for excuses. Another issue is that in order to cashout, you need to reach 450 pounds, which is nearly impossible due to poor returns of the slots. And if somehow you manage to reach it you will have to wait over 2 weeks to get your money, which happened to me few times but somehow i never received anything.

The site didn't credit my bonuses and told me winning bets weren't winners even after id shown them bet receipts and placings from other sites. In one message they told me my horse had won and lost regarding the same bet !. Customer Service is AI and they've blocked me for no reason apart from asking them to pay my winnings. Absolute scam site I won £1100 and they wouldn’t allow me to cash out . They said I had to deposit another £100 and gamble it to cash out a maximum £250 . Avoid at all costs . Currently waiting for a withdrawal (9 days). The games are great and the customer service team do reply. However, it’s the generic “wait 15 business days”. I can’t help but feel I’ve been the victim of fraud and have registered my claim with Action Fraud. If I receive my withdrawal, I will of course amend my review.
