What happened to Slotomania? There are no more slots, just pop-ups, one after another selling weird stuff when you log on. Anyone know a decent slot game site worth playing since Slotomania has gone the way of the Dodo bird, extinct?

Slotomania is based on greed. They do NOT care about your customer experience. They are solely after your money and will scam you if given the chance. I played on their platform 6 years only to find out that they have absolutely zero compassion for their customers. When something goes wrong and you call them on it, they will not budge to help you out and their policies do not allow you to advance in status progression without paying large sums of money. Because you most assuredly cannot win enough points to become black diamond in a complete lifetime. STAY AWAY is my advice. It is sound and good advice. I know of what I speak.

I've really had it the last few months. I've played for 15 or 20 years and then all the sudden I couldn't use my diamonds for purchases any more. Ok, they should notify you when they change things. This week I've been on the quest and it wouldn't give me credit for my mega spins or no pods. Then they changed the sloto bucks so it's so hard to use them. Then raising all the prices and diamonds to upgrade in the hammers game. I'm ready to close it all out and start something new!!I have spent way to much money!!

I bought an so called Epic spin. It processed for a while and then it said there were issues processing and that I would be notified when it was available. Well 24 hours later and I’m waiting for a so called “team” to verify the issue. Let’s be clear these were on sale for 3.99 US$. If they had any class they would just have given me the spins but noooooo they are going to screw around until I just give up. Never spending another penny on these losers.

it does not matter his much money they give you, once you buy they shut off all WINS. You can actually see the slot skip past a win if your paying attention... as you spin there is a little hiccup just before it passes a bonus. I have had it on this losing game of crap. I give it a minus one

The game obviously rigged..the side game too.. especially the "shiny show".. whatever you click the mole will appear and i trying again and again using all my gems and finally i lose all my gems at the last stage..i lose all the rewards..if you have play that shit you would definitely agree with me that shit obviously rigged

I had to accept an update and all my points and gems were gone!! I was put back to an old account with no points and gems left. Tried to contact them but nothing they could do to give back my points and gems.
I got a link to try again for a new game but that was also not working. ZERO STARS

SCAMMERS: DO NOT play this game on any pay for cash site. Slotomania does not pay once you hit a certain amount and there is nothing you can do because it's not up to the site to pay you it's up to the people who made Slotomania and there is NO way to talk to them through the pay for cash site. There is NO communication between you and the people who deny your money. There is absolutely nothing you can do, so don't waste your time like I did.

I've had it with slotomania !!! I had purchased the Pro Lucky Spins, that included 3 extras. I used 2 of them. Was saving 1 for next purchase. Logged in today and instead of all the usually 15 popups. I only had 3 before I could access my gifts. In my 2 gifts were one from mega pods. The other was the pro lucky spins I was saving. I clicked to collect the chips from mega pods, it gave them to me. BUT then took me to Pro Lucky Spins. I didn't click this !!! It wouldn't let me back out. I close out my screen, rebooted. when I came back in it still gave 3 popups but then took me to Pro Lucky Spins. Had no choice but to spin. Then immediately clicked support to report what had just happened. Support told me they couldn't give me back my pro lucky spin. They cheated me out of. With either a glitch or just greed.
I had glitch from yesterday where I couldn't move forward in Quests. I had been playing and was on 3rd island had just finished Bison slot ( my choice ) then I couldn't move on to next slot !!! They are still investigating and have not got back to Yet. I'm not satisfied with them not accepting responsibility for what I reported. Chat helper Eren did give me some gifts of compensation which I didn't ask for nor want. Now this will effect my Team because I will not buy to play again.

I CLICKED ON BONUS OFFERS 3 TIMES. GOOGLE processes 3 transactions. Slotomania does not deliver what I paid for. They say Google pay. I have receipts. Slotomania ripped me off. Not trusted!

scammers and thieves!!!! I had over 23Q had to accept update to play and they took all my credits and over 4,ooo gems. second time they ripped me off like this, so basically my fault for thinking the first time was an accident, its a scam

All this company cares about is stealing from you. They keep your information and use it in pop-ups and keep taking. They are scamming all their players. It's not what it used to be. They had to ruin it. Your better off finding a different game besides this one. When you are winning you log out and come back and coins will be gone. This could go on forever

For the last 13 years I have played Slotomania. In the beginning and for a number of years I could depend on it on being statistically fair. But over the last several years it became apparent that Slotomania had started rigging results in order to entice players to "buy" coins and features. And they have dramatically added more and more features as well as an incredible number of popups! I quit!

When you get the jackpot wheel, it shows you these high prize amounts, as soon as you hit spin, if any of the amounts suddenly drop to a much lower value, you know you are winning that “jackpot” which is not really the full amount. They keep saying they are looking into it instead of just saying yep that’s our code to scam people.

This game is horrible it steals your coins in hopes that you make a purchase so they can steal those from you too! When you contact there customer service robots it's always the same thing we are sorry to hear that it's a game of chance BS!! What got to go through to play the game with all the pop ups and then once you get in the game wait there's more pop ups!! How about paying out real money since you guys who ruined this once fun game and start paying out real money since you beg so much for it!! Horrible game

I been player since 2011 and this game is getting more & more money greedy than before.

I lose 20,00€ under 3 hours of gameplay.

If u are new player, don't put your own money in these games at all.

EU should put a some kind of "25% TooAddictedTax" to these games & all casinos in the future.

This should be in the slotomania loading screen.
"Be Advice that this game can be too addicted some of the players"

Playtika should consider about some kind of fairplay program & money buy daily limitation.

I have been playing Slotomania for many years and used to enjoy it. The game is very frustrating now because of all the pop ups. I just want to spin but every 4 or 5 spins, I have to stop playing to get rid of the pop up. I have started playing other on line slot games because it is so frustrating.

i dindt get the Slotobucks. they scam people.
Dont spend time and money on them game.
And only what say answer on support is: Sorry for you feel that way

Been playing for a couple of years.but recently they have made it impossible to play certain games like the dashes unless you have lots of money. Just beware. Customer service is no help. Games are fixed beware
