This company is a deceptive, scamming, fraudulent bunch of con artists. They need to be stopped and held accountable for their actions. And after reading so many reviews from people with the same awful experience as myself. Why have the people running this site not been charged yet!?

I played this casino with a $35 bonus code from Non-stop bonus and was up to about $200 this morning. I won $1700 on one of the slots. I checked my account and it said I had $1700 that was withdrawable. So I was trying to cash out but was having problems so I contacted customer service. She said it was nil and void since I played too many bonuses in a row which was incorrect because my last bonus request was denied. I tried a different cs agent this evening and he told me the same cockamaymee story. It still shows my balance is $1700 but I guess it's just fun money now. BAIT AND SWITCH.

Won 50 they won't pay me because I got to many free spins yet they send me promotions about its free which is false advertising. I'm told now if I make deposit I lose the 50 and only reason I haven't deposit on their casino because their sister partner sunrise took my deposit so easy and has yet to send me my fund I won't fair and square I can't help none of you pay right or on time it's bitcoin it's not hard slot madness will never get a dime from me

Too bad I have to even give them ONE star because Slots Madness is a SCAM! After winning over $850.00 and following their instructions of the ten dollar deposit, they refunded my money after the transaction history said manager approved it. Instead of an email or any correspondence I had to email them to find out that they weren't paying me and gave me every b.s. excuse in the book. DO NOT even play in their site let alone give them any money!! I can not believe that sites like this are still able to do people like this!! This was my first big win of my life and even though I tried not to, my hopes were shattered.

Total scam. Deposited crypto then got kicked out of account and blocked from website. I’ve reached out to support about the issue daily going on two weeks and haven’t received any support from their support team. I would suggest not using this website.

This casino was and is a scam, they do nothing but lure you in with a 30 free spins bonus and by chance and luck just like any other casino it just happens to be luck and when it hits and win a decent amount of course their is a catch then they say you have to make a deposit and blah blah blah. I would not recommend using the casino slot madness. I was playing their tournament and promotions. I went over the amount required to win with the promotions and they removed funds that I could not withdraw but I was winning on the tournament winning. I had at least $100 in tournaments 50 was done on day before I made it withdrawal. Luckily I kept screenshots of what I did while playing and if anyone is interested, I’m gonna be getting an attorney to discuss this. Unfortunately Slot Madness is very deceptive and they need to be stopped. I made a deposit but what I won was fair and they took my money and my deposit.

I won 100 dollars. I followed all of the rules and the manager withdrew my money and deleted all of the transaction history so I couldn't show where I'd won everything legit. Do not try this casino! They are thieves!

As of right now. I'm not pleased with this site. I was playing Mighty Drums. I had about 930.00 betting 2.64 a bet I had it on autospin for 25 spins. A couple spins into it my money changed to 90.00. I sent a message to customer service. I'll see what they say.

The site popped up on my email offering a 30 dollar free play so I played met all the required play thru got my account verified and then could not cash out the only option to cash was Bitcoin and they wanted me to deposit 30 dollars first then soon after trying to contact someone for hours I decided to play it a lil more lost almost all of it pretty much on purpose and when I got to 2 cents they offered all the other payout options I believe the site is scamming people .

This site is a scam. I won 900 and been requesting for withdrawal to no avail. They have stated to escalate the process three times and still nothing. If these people owe you money I believe this forum should be used to bring lawsuit to their bad business practices.

Support calmed me down. Had me cancel the $2k withdraw request and resubmit. They pushed it thru immediately and I WAS PAID MY WINNINGS!!! On 11/26/2023 and I’m in the UNITED STATES!!!! I have proof for all these reviews saying otherwise! Slotmadness is legit!!

Scam big time took forever (a week of bs) to verify identity made a withdrawal request for winnings then played free spins now they’ve denied my request bc mixing of funds when funds were already taken out my account

Absolutely a scam 110% they gave me fre 175$ chips I wagered the ammount 1367.90 was voided left me with 100$ that’s fine, I regambled the 100$ max win and got up to 500$ USA they canceled my withdrawal themselves and proceeded to change the withdrawal ammount into to separate withdrawals which I didn’t consent or do myself, nobody else has my password. After a hour both withdrawals where processed and approved and then they sent me 38$ in bitcoin and never sent the 462.23 which I never even withdrew it was suppose to be 500$ , when I reached out to support they said the 40$ they sent was reimbursement for the money I had to deposit to make the withdrawal then they proceeded to say that because I had used 3 coupons prior to the free chips all the money is voided. But it’s already been approved look at how fake scam they are

Biggest scam online also own several other scam casino refuse to pay after I won a jackpot of 8k then been wasting my time before finally saying it had some kinda bonus attached to it still won’t let me claim a penny or my initial deposit avoid this and all of its sister casino at all cost they are a sole thieves
