Awesome product! This thing works!
Also, kind of a fun toy (many uses for it)

What a totally crap experience. I ordered one of these ear cleaners and heard nothing at all for ages. I then got an email notification that I was not available to take the delivery (I work from home and am there literally all the time). Then I heard nothing at all. A few weeks later I contacted SLIVOR to ask where my parcel was and they told me it had been delivered and provided a 'proof of delivery' photo showing an asian hand with pointy finger nails (I am not asian and don't have pointy finger nails) holding a parcel very clearly addressed to someone in Singapore. I am based in the UK. At that point they have effectively refused to have anything further to do with the matter in spite of the fact that the delivery company's contract is with them and not me and as I am not their customer, there is very little I can do for myself about this matter. From my point of view, it is clear that this parcel has NOT been delivered. There is no proof of delivery to me and I want a refund. They won't help. I would STRONGLY advise everyone to avoid using this company at all costs. They seem to be operating a scam and you will lose your money and not get your goods.
UPDATE:
It is a shame that it takes a bad review on Trustpilot to get any help at all from this company but following the above review, they got back to me very quickly with a whole different attitude. This time they have the correct name, address and country (having given me someone else's full postal address beforehand). However, I still don't have any proof of delivery which does not surprise me as I still do not have the parcel. The delivery description does not match the reality of my home so someone somewhere is not telling the truth. In the meantime I'm still without either a refund or the parcel I paid for. Watch this space I guess.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from Slivor. One of the ear cleaners they sent me was defective, and instead of honoring their 30-day money-back guarantee, they’ve turned the refund process into a nightmare.
They kept inventing new conditions that were never mentioned on their website. First, they asked for photos, then videos, then multiple days of “proof.” At one point they even demanded that I record a 15-minute video of the device being charged and me pressing the button. Who asks a customer to film themselves for 15 minutes straight just to get a refund on a faulty product?!
It’s clear they’re just stalling to avoid giving refunds.
Every time I provided what they asked, they came back with new excuses and more hoops to jump through. They still won’t even give me a return address.
After this experience, it’s obvious their “30-day money-back guarantee” is nothing more than a marketing trick.
I am now filing a chargeback with my bank.
Save yourself the frustration, money, and time. Avoid Slivor at all costs.

Finally got the product a few days ago. First off, I was surprised by the size of the package. Instead of some medium-sized standard package, it came in something shaped and small enough to be a small VHS tape. Regardless, everything was intact and present. However, the matter of the ear tips concerned me. I got only one variation of the tips. Also, I feel like there should be more on-hand elaboration about cleaning and disposal since I’ve went through nearly half of the tips I received. And while I’m at it, cleaning the camera is a little troublesome, especially since it collects hair and strands of similar material annoyingly easy. On top of things, I’m a little concerned by how deep I can insert the VisioEar without damaging my ear canal or touching my eardrum, not that I’ve done it thankfully. Perhaps a plastic ear model is needed to come with the product so that people can practice and get acquainted without experimentation on real ears or the trouble of scrolling online media for assistance/showcases. Ultimately, while there are some kinks going on for me, the positives suppress the negatives to say that I’m not exactly displeased or regretful regarding my purchase. There’s needed improvement and additions, but otherwise, I can now clean my ears so much more effectively even though leveraging the thing is a pain in the behind. And I should publicly note that the task itself is a little tricky since dexterity and precision are essential to both using the VisioEar and for cleaning ears in general.

Around two weeks ago, I ordered one of those ear cleaning kit things. I haven’t received the product yet. I’m still waiting. I’m hoping that I’m not being scammed and that it’s actually taking additional time to receive what I ordered. From what I know, the product is being shipped via the YunExpress and unfortunately had to be returned to the sender. When I first made the order, I was under the impression that what I bought was gonna be shipped from Wyoming since it was abbreviated somewhere. Fast forward 2 weeks and not only have I heard of Slivor's negative reputation, but my product hasn’t arrived still. I’m being patient while others tell me to cancel the order and get a refund. I’m politely conflicted between being understanding of the matter and being justified for being furious.

I ordered ear cleaning tool and it never arrived. I have sent four emails and no results. This company should be banned. They have stopped communicating with me and have failed to make it right. In this day and age this should be unlawful.
Sadly, I could not even try the product but still got charged for it. I ordered it more than 1 year ago and it never arrived. I then asked a refund and they said it was not possible because it was not their fault. So I payed like 50-60 dollars and received no product. That situation is even illegal and it suprise me they are operating like this.
EDIT: I have updated my earlier review and upgraded the rating to 3 stars, after Slivor reached out and resolved my issue. I'm thankful for the help.
The VisioEar did not do what I hoped it would, but everyone has different ears. Perhaps it will work better for you than it did me.
Being someone prone to blocked ears, I thought the VisoEar would be just the thing to help clear out the ear canal. However, after trying the product for a few days, I was unable to conclude that it worked better than existing tools. I found the silicone tip slippy and dificult to maneuver. The camera view tended to get blocked by my earlobe, and it was a bit hard getting a focused image when the camera image is shaking.
In the end, I decided the product was not for me. However, I would not dissuade anyone from trying it if you wish to.

Initially I used the qr code on the box of the item. Which directed me to the wrong resource.
Using the QR code that came with the instructions got me to the right resource to view the camera.
I am very surprised at how well this item worked. I would recommend this for sure.
Works great.
Thanks!
I’ve had constant issues with earwax and was tired of wasting money on drops or going to the doctor every few months. I bought the VisioEar after seeing it on Instagram—honestly, I’m usually super skeptical about IG ads, but I was wrong this time.
It’s easy to use, the camera is super clear, and I was able to clean my ears safely without pain. I use it occasionally now and haven’t needed to see an ENT since. The battery could last a bit longer, but overall, it’s a solid purchase that does exactly what it says.
As one of the previous comments wrote, they sent me an email to review and anything less then 4 stars you are redirected to their website. Also I have not received their product yet. I believe I ordered it July 15 or around there and still no product. I check the tracking and it just says it is in transit. No location. I think one of the locations said it is international. Not sure why it said that. Not real happy.

Sends an email that asks you to review product with five clickable buttons from poor to amazing. Anything good or less takes you to their website and only the top two answers great or amazing bring you here to trust pilot. How can you trust a company that is deliberately diverting bad reviews away from here. If you want actual feedback maybe don’t send emails asking for reviews and then divert them in a deceiving manner.
