I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

I DO NOT! recommend anyone to order from here. I ordered a fur coat. They sent me something completely outside of what I ordered after waiting almost a month for it already! and I’m having to pay the price of the coat to send it back. Bad for business.

Do not order if you need the items within 3 weeks

I ordered an item for a trip and never received it. They said processing time was 1-5 business days. It has been over 13 business days and my order status is still processing. I also paid for expedited shipping to get it faster but after 13 business days still no updates. I do not recommend.

I AM SO HAPPY TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. I AM SO PLEASE WITH MY ORDER, I WAS AFRAID IT WOULDNOT HAVE RECEIVED IN TIME FOR MY BIRTHDAY, BUT IT ACTUALLY ARRIVED 4 DAYS BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY. MY BOOTS AN WRISTLET AND HAT R BEAUTIFUL. FULL FUR , NOT CHEAP LOOKING , NOR WAS THERE ANY SHEDDING. I WOULD DEFINETLY B ORDERING AGAIN. 💚💚💚💚

I order the red bandana wedge shoes and…

I order the red bandana wedge shoes and there was no more left .So I got to pick another shoe. I picked the black fuzzy wedge shoes .They are so comfortable,easy to walk in and the prices aren't bad. I definitely will be ordering again.

I ordered a hat, heels and purse set

I ordered a hat, heel and purse set on 2/11/23. On 3/6/23 I contacted slippersin to ask where were my items, because I haven't gotten them. I ordered them way ahead for my event, which was on 3/7. Their website claim shipping takes 7-12 days. I never received any email updates or anything about my items. They claimed that my order was delayed because they are short staffed, and they weren’t able to send it off until 3/3 and I will get them on 3/15. I still never received any updates. I asked for a refund and they refused. They said when I return the items, they will issue a refund. At this point I feel scammed and will have to wait another month to get a refund. The items did arrive on 3/15, a heel was broken (see profile picture), the hat was jammed into the package and bent all up and all of them were different colors when they were all supposed to have been a solid blue same color. The heels are purple not blue. I asked for a return label to send the package back, but they said they don't have those, and if I send the items to the address it came from, they will only refund me $10 "for inconvenience" but it's a $10 shipping fee for me to send them back. They are still refusing my refund. Please do not order from these people!

Hi Jameila Nails, we are really sorry for the one broken heel and already offered you full refund of the order, and meanwhile you don't need to return the heels, hat and bag set. However, we need to clarify something. 1. We never refused to offer refund to you. There was some misunderstanding about the refund before. When you contacted us, we already shipped out the package, and couldn't able to get back the package, so we asked if you can return the package back to us when you receive it, and then we'll issue full refund. Then you opened the dispute on PayPal. After the package was delivered successfully, we contacted you again to ask if you are satisfy with the product and if you can cancel the dispute. We suggested $10 refund as apology if you are satisfied with the product and don't need a return (By that time, you didn't tell us there was a problem with the heels, we didn't know about this). If you are not satisfied with product, you can also return it for full refund, that doesn't mean we'll only offer $10 refund if you return them. We will surely offer a full refund if you do return according to our return policy. 2. We did keep you updated after you contacted us, we sent you the tracking number of the package, and contacted you again after you received the package. After you sent pictures to show the one broken heel, we suggested if we can resend one new pair to you or we can also compensate for the tailoring fee if you could have it fixed at your local, but we haven't received a reply from you since then in email. 3. There is a little color difference between the model picture and real picture, but the booties, hat and bag set is still royal blue, and not purple. We also show the real customer positive feedback photo in the product pictures and real bootie pictures at the product description, we guess you knew this color difference when you bought them. 4. The hat in the set can be recovered after you opening the package, so we packaged it in the bag, this won't affect the hat's shape. We have sold more than 300+ pairs of this boots, and It's our first time to receive the feedback of the broken heel. We are not sure if the shoes get damaged during the long international delivery. Anyway we'll improve the package and quality check in the future.

Beautiful

Rapid delivery , the fur heels are beautiful in real life with no shedding from feb fur at all and the gold chain around the ankle was a perfect fit , they were definitely worth every penny

GREAT BOOT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am extremely happy with my purchase. The boot quality is amazing the fur is beautiful. The boot is stunning I have received so many compliments on my boots. I normally don't share where I purchase from but the boots received so many comments I forwarded the information to a few people who asks where did I purchase. Definitely ordering several other style and color boots. Thank you for great customer service when I ha doubts the rep stayed in contact re my shipping and it was worth the wait. I have a few NY days that I can still wear them before I put them up for next season!!!!

I ordered a pair of boots From this site over two months ago and yet I still haven't received them and now I keep getting automated response e-mails and I can't get my money back I advise against ordering anything from them it's a false website and I had to change my card number because I can't take a chance

Hi Ryan Coman, we have to say this review is misleading and not real. You actually ordered the boots set on Dec 28th, 2022, and you received the order on Jan 16th, 2023 as the tracking number shows. The whole processing and shipping time didn't take 2 months, it was 20 days. We are sorry that the order got delayed due to the COVID outbreak in China and the new year holiday, we had few workers to process the order during that time. We also explained this to you in emails. We kept communicating with you in emails almost every day. There was no automated response e-mails.

White Fur Sleeve

The white fur sleeve and is such a great statement piece. Great quality at a great price. Shipping was in great time. They shipped it almost immediately and it got here a few days early. Overall, a wonderful experience. I will definitely be shopping with them again.
