The company delivered the items in a very timely fashion. I love the softness of the fabric, but I do not love the fit. The fit for each of the four turtlenecks was all different (even though they were all the same size). The fit was a much looser fit than the images on the web site looked.

Very straightforward and colour very true to photo

The top I ordered didn’t fit me well although it was pretty and nice quality. My issue with this company is that the return process was cumbersome and took multiple emails to “convince” them to “allow” me to return it for a full refund. It should not be this difficult to order and return. There are many other companies that make this process easier. The reason for the two stars is that I finally did get a refund but not until many many emails.

I’ve been looking for a lightweight silk camisole with wide straps for literally years. Finally I found yours. I’ll likely order another one or even two.

The dress is beautiful—I really love it and would definitely buy it again. The only downside was the exchange and customer service process, which was slow and a bit disappointing. Overall, though, everything else was great.

I ordered a dress that didn't fit well on me. I followed their return policy (send them an email to start that process). I sent that email 8 days ago. I followed up again 3 days ago. I have not heard back. My window to return the product is closing. I don't really know what to do since they won't respond even though I am following their directions.

Total scam company. Do not buy from these people. All three positive reviews must surely be setups. I brought what looked like a roomy soft cashmere cardigan in size XL. When it arrived it was so small my size 12 friend only just fitted it. It was scratchy and definitely not all Cashmere. The label said 30% something and 70% something but the labels were all in Chinese. When I asked for a return they discouraged me to return it and offered me 30% of the price to keep it . They said it would cost more to return it to the USA. I told them I thought this was unusual practice and that I quirks report them to the relevant online trading authorities which I will do. I am now stuck with a $218 cardigan I cannot wear. Very angry at these Chinese companies that rip people off.

Editing to add that they offered me 30% discount if I keep the dress. The item that I received wasn’t even worth 30% of the cost. The dresses pictured online are not what you will receive, nor are they worth the price listed. The dress that I received looked as though it was made by someone who’s not familiar with making clothing. When I complained about this prior to returning, I asked them to cover my return shipping for false advertising. They told me no. As soon as I left this review, they offered to send me the amount I paid via PayPal if I delete the review.

The quality of the garment and the care with which it was packaged are what made this experience great.

Just love this product as so much easier to wear than a scarf. so soft and comfy
