We’re truly sorry for the difficulties you’ve encountered with your battery and PCB board. We understand how frustrating it can be to go through multiple rounds of troubleshooting, install a replacement part, and still end up without a functioning launcher. That’s far from the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

We also understand your concern regarding the battery being on backorder. The battery is currently on backorder due to a lack of stock, and we are not prioritizing new orders over existing users who require a replacement. Our team has been working closely with our suppliers to replenish inventory as quickly as possible, and we recognize how disappointing it is to wait—especially when you’ve already spent time and effort trying to resolve the issue. Your feedback is important, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Hi Jose,

We’re very sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve experienced with the delivery of your Launcher.

I reviewed the communication you had with our support team and confirmed the following:

• Your order was placed on November 5th, and tracking information was sent to you the following day.
• You later contacted us with concerns about the delivery, and we opened a lost package claim with the courier.

However, during this process, you opened a dispute with your credit card company. When a dispute is opened, the payment for the order is automatically withdrawn from us until the credit card company completes its investigation. Because of this, we are unable to ship a replacement unit until the dispute is resolved and the funds are returned either to you or to us.

Normally, once a lost package claim is approved, we would ship a replacement right away. But due to the active dispute, we are restricted from doing so.

You do have options: 

1. If the credit card company returns the payment to us, we will ship a replacement immediately.
2. If you choose to cancel the dispute, we can ship a replacement right away or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
    
At this time, with the dispute in the hands of the credit card company, we are unable to take further action. If you would like to continue working with us to resolve this quickly, please reach out, and we will gladly proceed as soon as the dispute is cancelled.

Hi Natalie, 

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused. After reviewing your case, we confirmed that our support team did order the correct item. When you let us know that the wrong part was received, they immediately contacted the distribution center to arrange a replacement.

It was later discovered that the items had been incorrectly labeled at the warehouse, which led to the mix-up. That issue has now been corrected at the warehouse level, and your replacement with the correct part is currently being processed.

We sincerely apologize for this error and want to assure you that steps have been taken to prevent it from happening again.
