Ordered a slim case 25 working days ago. Still no order received. So that’s 36 days in total. Would not recommend this company. Temu and SHEIN quicker and cheaper.

I bought a slim case for my S26 Ultra and honestly, it’s been a disappointing experience.
The case itself feels very fragile. It slipped out of my hand once, and that was enough for it to crack. What’s worse is that it actually left a small mark on the phone’s frame, which completely defeats the purpose of having a case in the first place.
On top of that, the case is quite slippery, making it harder to hold securely. For something meant to protect an expensive device, that’s a major flaw.
Customer service was just as frustrating. I contacted them multiple times to correct the replacement price to $16.99, but despite explaining it at least 10 times, I was still charged $21.99. That lack of attention and support made the whole situation even worse.
Overall, poor durability, bad grip, and disappointing customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this case if you actually want reliable protection for your phone.

I order it on 24th January..also I paid full price.. till on 6th of February I haven’t received the case even after multiple WhatsApp complaints and mail … my order NO : 000917069IN ..

VERY POOR QUALITY, THEY DONT PROVIDE REFUND NOR DO THEY AGREE FOR REPLACEMENT. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCT BEING OFFERED.

Extremely disappointed with this casing and the overall experience. I received my order today and the casing came with obvious scratches, bubbles, and defects straight out of the box. I contacted their customer service immediately after opening the parcel, and instead of helping, they insisted that I should bear the shipping fee for a replacement because I “didn’t take an unboxing video.”

This requirement was NEVER stated anywhere on their website. On top of that, the customer service team was unhelpful, and kept pushing the responsibility back to me even though the product clearly arrived damaged.

Totally unacceptable. I will not purchase from this store again, Buyers, be careful — their after-sales service is terrible and they do not take responsibility for faulty products.

Just bought a screen protector for my iPhone 16. Not a great product because 1) no instructions of how to install it online (at least none that were obvious as I could not find any, 2) after installing the protector, there were lots of stubborn air bubbles with no tool provided to get rid of them. From my past experience with screen protectors, the best brands have little air bubbles from the start and provide small tools to allow you to squeeze out the bubbles. I've put the case on but there are bubbles. Tempted to pull it off and buy a Spigen case, which I've used several times in the past and is much better quality.

Been a user for 3+ months. Don't buy. It's cheaply made, scratches super easily and customer service is the worse, will just give you more discount codes even if their fault so you can blow more of your money on their cheaply made cases. Armor plastic is trash ngl

This case is really slim & gives feel of iPhone like using without case. Good Product overall.

First things first, their products are just simply *French kiss*. I've bought the Slimcase transparent case for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, it slim enough and the lightweight of the case just made it feels like I'm holding my phone without any case but do have extra protection.

Secondly, their after-sales service is superb. I managed to reach out to them and they solved my problem regarding the screen protector I've bought recently.

Will definitely buy products from them again and recommend this to my friends.

Worthy product vary bad Quality look like a footpath company this type case value only 200 rupees in market... mujhe promise kya hai agar product karap ho jayega toh mujhe replacement kya jayega but mujhe 30% refund kya hai .. i use only 1 week then case is totally losses..vary bad don't trust slimcase company

I like the look and feel of the transparent slim case. Not much protection and the case didn’t last long. It got scratched just from dust and sand and got really loose to barely stay on my iPhone 14. So I asked for a replacement. Once I paid shipping costs they said the transparent case is sold out and I can have a different color. Not interested in colors, but I checked the website. I sent multiple screenshots of the transparent case being in stock online and was just ignored. They said they refunded the shipping cost. I think they’re just trying to get out of sending the replacement. So their warranty seems to be a scam.

There was no replacement issued.

Broke on the first tiny drop. Didn’t even last a week. Too expensive for the price.
