Got sofa from sliding wardrobes 4 u this sofa was sold on the range I received the wrong corner the wrong colour came in 2 pieces 2 different colours, missold but took my money want me to pay cos I cant vacum pact it. Range arnt helping no one to speak please don't use would not want anyone to be in my situation out of pocket

Avoid this company they take your money…

Avoid this company they take your money and don’t deliver, I ordered through Amazon thinking I would be covered via the A to Z , our wardrobe was delivered to the incorrect address the parcel was signed for from what looked like a two year old , the courier ( express courier network ) admitted to delivering to the incorrect address but the seller refused a refund and Amazon could not see past that it had been delivered , what an absolute joke of a company and so disappointed in Amazon

SCAMMERS

These people are scammers. Thankfully I ordered through Amazon so got refunded quite quickly. They are obviously in cahoots with their couriers because the courier website showed a picture of boxes propped up against a wall somewhere and a copy of my name which appears to have been written by a two year old. ( first name only)They insisted that it had been delivered despite me telling them I had cctv evidence to prove otherwise. Read the reviews DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
Edit, the courier they used has a website with a Company Number that doesn’t exist at Companies House.

Scammers

Scammers, wish I would have checked here first, why are these people allowed to do this to people?! £1000 paid, bent doors and then replaced with another door a month later that was bent the same!!! They trade as a third party and put you off again and again, knowing that the trader will eventually have to refund you! You need to contact Amazon, wowcher or whoever you bought through if you have already bought them. They won’t keep their word in refunding you, clever little scam I suppose but playing with peoples hard earned money??!! Karma will catch up with these people.

Avoid this company at all costs

As a result of dealing with Sliding Wardrobes 4u (screenshots can be provided), I have to say they are the most appalling company I have ever come across. I do not recommend using this company.

Sliding wardrobes 4U. Avoid!!!!

I Purchased a wardrobe on 30th October through Amazon from a third part company,"Sliding wardrobes 4U".
The wardrobe did not arrive by the 3rd of November as planned and after viewing the tracking app I noted my signiture had been falsely signed. I contacted the courier company Express courier network both by telephone and email but could not get a reply. Every time I contacted "Sliding wardrobes 4U" they state the package has been delivered and were very uncooperative.
I then received a whatsapp message from Sliding Wardrobs 4U asking me to drop my Amazon refund claim so the could refund me directly.This in itself is a violation of Amazon contract conditions, as the company must communicate through the Amazon platform.
I refused and just as well as this would allow them to scam me out of my refund. It is now 17 days since I purchased the product and I am still waiting for Amason to complete their investigations into this matter and issue a refund.Feeling very disappointed

A deplorable company

Sliding Wardrobes 4 U are an absolute deplorable company! I order a wardrobe from them in June. Months later, I still have no refund from this company for the faulty wardrobe. Dealing with their customer service is frustrating and stressful, as the go against any consumer laws. I purchased the wardrobe through Debenhams and they are worse. I was getting messages via WhatsApp at 3am. They were taking no accountability and trying to get out of issuing a refund. They even tried to say the packaging boxes were opened, therefore they can't issue a refund. When by law as long as an item is adequately repackaged the company has to refund. It's been 4 months and I still have no refund. I had to make a complaint to trading standards. Do not waste you money or time! You will regret purchasing from these companies. I expect I will have to take the hundreds of pounds loss.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! BE CAREFUL AS Debenhams use this company!
I brought a £400 wardrobe, it came faulty and so I got in touch after speaking with Noor for 3 days now we still haven’t got anywhere. I had to replace the wardrobe so I went to Argos as arranged for someone to build it. I have explained this twice to Noor and she still insists to send the faulty part when I have told her I no longer need to wardrobe it needs collecting and I would like a full refund.
Noor is now saying you can’t refund unless packed in original packaging and as Noor knows from pictures I have torn it open because I had no intention to return until I found out it was faulty!
Very disappointed we are on day 3 and I’m still in no different position just £400 down and a broken wardrobe!!!

Scammer seller

Avoid this seller. I ordered two wardrobes which arrived damaged, and the instruction manual was incorrect (see screenshot), asking to fit parts that don’t match the holes. I requested a refund, but for two weeks the seller gave unhelpful responses, clearly aware that as long as we kept messaging, Amazon would view them as cooperative and delay my A-to-Z claim—a loophole they exploited.

Eventually, I filed a claim, but the seller delayed the return process. I was told to pay up to £80 and repack the bulky item myself. The collection was arranged through OnTime Courier, who never showed up on multiple occasions (I have Ring camera proof). They falsely marked the collection as “refused,” clearly trying to block the refund. Based on Trustpilot reviews, it seems this seller and courier may be working together—do your research.

The seller also contacted me via WhatsApp using my personal number, which I reported to Amazon. When I raised this in the official seller chat, they denied it and blamed the courier—though only the seller would know about the damage. After 20+ contacts with Amazon, I finally got my refund. Avoid this seller and check their Trustpilot under “Modern Furniture”—the Amazon shop name is different, likely to hide poor reviews.

I am writing this review because this company is a scam. As of 30th January Debenhams has been hosting this fraudulent company on there Website to my knowledge over a year. They have the worst customer service ever encountered in my entire life. The other reviews about late delivery is true the wardrobe i ordered came weeks after Debenhams site stated. Upon that the wardrobe was assembled by a professional. We noticed the material was cheap flimzy and you could see once up it would not last long. But i never expected ten days. By day ten i have tried to slide the door over to gain access to my clothes and the door drops off the rail into the rail gap where the glass mirror is now dropped down i to the gap and the impact has caused glass splinters everywhere. Now almost 3 months of back and fourth has gone on. They use Debenhams as a front as the previous reputation was always of good quality and customer service. I had a mobile number i will share with you that called me on whats app. No manners and told me he could see in a wardrobe that had clothing in it and no light that he could see whoever put together for me must not been a professional. He then proceeded to tell me, that i should have and will now have to pay his company to come and repair. Now after this degenerate response i then proceeded to escalate to Debenhams who are not realising there part in it trying to just pass messages when i contact them. I have had to do an application in small claims court. Investigate this company and my findings have been shocking. They are indeed a scam hiding behind reputable companies that don’t understand they have a duty to monitor quality control. Please dont waste your money like i did. The stress of takimg legal action no worth it. The plus side i have given this to someone @BBC to investigate further stay tuned.

Just want to say how in love I am with…

Just want to say how in love I am with my wardrobe omg. I purchased via Wowcher and I am so impressed at how rapid it came after purchase (2 days), the communication (Nova) and the finished look. My only issue was how complicated the instructions were but nevertheless, I am so happy with this purchase. I have the 203 cm wardrobe with mirrors and sliding doors. I had my reservations after seeing the reviews after the fact however, I'm in love honestly. Thanks again guys.

Absolutely ridiculous company I have managed to report them to the citizens ombudsman as I have being going back and forth with them for 3 weeks about their warranty procedure. Shouldn’t still be in business after all these terrible reviews

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Shocking customer service impossible to deal with ordered wardrobe via Wowcher they sent wrong size which was £50 less still fighting to get this refunded 40 emails later and having to involve Wowcher! NOVA their sales person is impossible to deal with!! Do not give them your money!!!! Such a reputable platform as Wowcher should not use them. However Wowcher stepped in and are helping me resolve this issue even though it was not their fault!!!

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Very unprofessional people behind the business, wardrobes are poorly made, holes etc don’t align properly and the instructions are useless. Few panels arrived damaged. When I contacted them they get saying don’t worry don’t worry and then would disappear! Send they would send out replacement but month later I have nothing and disappeared again. Contacted Wowcher today and they raised a case against the company and to my surprise I receive a message to ask if i received my placement… so which I replied no! Because u haven’t send me it and only are communicating now as I have contacted Wowcher. They sent Wowcher an email saying that the wardrobe was sent fine and the customer as in me damaged the panels? I took pictures of the damage and you could clearly see it hadn’t been put together at the time. First time ever I am writing a bad review so imagine how much stress this has caused me that I don’t want anyone else ruining their sleep over. Do yourself a favour n do not purchase from them! So many bad reviews and Wowcher are till working together with them it’s shocking!

Worst experience I have had online.

Worst experience I have had online.

Just like the other negative reviews, late delivery and missing parts.

Offered a partial refund of £30 which was ridiculous compared to the amount I paid. This went on for far too long so I accepted the partial refund even though I don't think the amount was fair. 1 month later, continuous lies about this so-called refund. I still haven't received it.

What a joke of an experience, and a waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and go to someone else.
