Didn't cancel when requested and refund issues
Called and cancelled this service when I received the email that it was going to renew. I don't even recall signing up for this service a year ago. Then received an email that it was renewed, and credit card was charged. Tried calling phone# and it was a bogus phone # so I found the email address for refunds. Sent the email they responded w/a is this your email address which was a bogus email address and not even close to mine. I responded to let them know this is not (I also tried to email the email address they asked if it was mine and it was not a valid email) and now getting an email asking for the bank reference # and last 4 digits of credit card. What a scam! Filing a dispute w/American Express.

So, this is quite different than MS Powerpoint, because you can't easily add the information into the template. It really relies on graphics instead of content, which makes this challenging. I would not use this "template" again - I was looking for something that was compatible with PPT.

Absolutely terrible customer service and scammed refund policy
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I’ve had regarding your refund policy.
I usually never even read or comment about a service. But this is getting totally out of hands.
I find it unreasonable and unprofessional that I am being denied a refund simply because I downloaded four templates. This is ridiculous that you only get a refund if you download specifically 3 templates. If you download one less or one more you lose your 50 dollars. Nowhere on your website is this restriction clearly or prominently stated. If a customer’s ability to receive a refund depends on the number of downloads, this must be communicated in a clear and visible manner before purchase—not hidden or omitted. This lack of transparency is misleading and undermines trust in your service.
Additionally, the email I received in response to my refund request was disappointing. It included a lengthy explanation seemingly aimed more at upselling your services than addressing my actual concern. Despite the message stating you offer a money-back guarantee, I was told in just one line that I am not eligible for a refund, which feels dismissive and contradictory.
Customers spend a significant amount of money trusting that your platform is fair and customer-oriented. Unfortunately, this experience suggests otherwise.
I urge you to reconsider my refund request and, more importantly, to improve the clarity and fairness of your refund policy for future users. I would appreciate a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Firstly, you said "our refund policy is designed to balance fairness and protection for both our users and content creators". Do you think its fair to scam customers 50 dollars for one template?
Second, you said you included the refund policy in the FAQ. Why in the world is this "most important" information in FAQ and not clearly shown in the website.
You scammed the wrong guy man. I will fight with you till this is settled.

Their online agent first didn't want to give any refund, trying to pushing me into sticking to more downloads. Then when he realised I needed that refund, he forwarded to someone else. That someone else sent an email, asking me to send a new email to another email, and this is going on. And then after all these, they are setting a deadline that if I can't do it within 72 hours, they won't refund anymore.
Absolutely disappointing formats, no clear contents, and yet they don't want to refund. Terrible experience.
