Terrible plastic packaging
You've got to question a company that packs it's products in bubble wrap then another bubble wrap bag in 2024. There are myriad of options to protect items in something biodegradable or recyclable but they chose not to. I'll choose another retailer with better ethics.

Firstly, please accept my sincerest apologies for any dissatisfaction caused by our packaging.
I completely respect your decision to shop elsewhere, but I just wanted to confirm that our bubble bag mailers are made from 40% recycled material and the bubble wrap itself is 30% minimum recycled content, with both items being fully recyclable.
We typically use cardboard boxes for larger orders but we will definitely consider a more eco-friendly solution for our smaller orders moving forward.
My apologies again and I hope you can still enjoy the product!

Happend upon this website by chance and I am so glad I did. Brilliant selection of some pretty niche products. Was a little but worried because of their afflilation with "shop ap" because they're associated with so many scam sites, but decided to risk it for a biscuit and was worth the chance. Fast delivery, beautifully packaged, with a hand written note and sweetie to give it a nice personal touch.
