Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Ordered 18 mower blades for my commercial zero turn mowers.
They sent me the wrong blades and told me it was an updated part number but exactly the same blades as I ordered. I sent them a pic of the blades they sent compared to the ones I ordered and there was a 1/2" difference in width. Not nearly as heavy duty as the blades I ordered. Customer service is pretty bad. After several attempts to follow up with them they finally responded and offered me a $35 refund. I accepted the offer just to get some action from them on the disappointing experience. I was never refunded the amount promised and they have now ghosted me and refuse to respond to my emails and other attempts to contact them. Going on close to 3 months trying to get this resolved from them. I had hoped I had found a new supplier for my commercial mower parts and supplies. Unfortunately SLE is not it.
