The delivery was in short delays and I loved the survey system where I could follow the driver all along their itinerary. This saved so much time for me ! The driver was excellent!
However, at the moment when I have just confirmed my order on the webiste, I haven't received any confirmation. The wupport stuff wasn't very reaponsive at first, I started to be scared whether it was not a scam.
But eventually, my experience turned to be very good.

It was easy to order on the website
It was easy to order on the website, but I had to mail Sleepy because I had received no update after 2 weeks.
They answered me the order had been lost.
After that, the shipping and delivery were ok but I was very surprised when I noticed the whole frame of the bed was made with 5 centimers wide of pinewood pieces instead of metal!
The description says this bed fits to people until 150 kilograms . When I see how it bends when my 105 kg son sits on it, I wonder how long it will last...
I just hope time will prove me wrong...
