Good service from Andrea. Great bed well worth it. Am now sleeping sitting up as I do , and not slipping as knees can raise. Brilliant sleep. Would recommend

Having called Sales, I initially spoke to Andrea and I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I subsequently purchased an electric adjustable bed for my mother in law and she is delighted with the comfort and other attributes of the bed. I then purchased sheets which were received the next day. I cannot fault the service and would highly recommend Sleep Kings.

The bed arrived on time and was assembled in good time. Very happy with the flexibility and comfort. I've enjoyed restful night's sleep in a bed for the first time in years.

The only criticism I have was a conversation with a very curt and unhelpful person in sales. Hence 4 and not 5 stars.

Had a good overall experience with Sleepkings. I had a query about delivery and Andrea from Sleepkings arranged that straight away. the bed arrived within the stated 5 days and was put together within 30 minutes of delivery. When the delivery guys left I noticed that mattress retaining bracket was missing but Andrea put one in the post the same day and gave me a 50% discount on the installation charge - excellent customer service.
The bed itself (Restwell Adjustable Double) seems solidly built and the motors work quietly and smoothly with a good range of adjustment. However, I thought that the supplied mattress which was the memory foam option was cheaply made and is at least 2 inches longer than a standard 4ft 6 mattress. This kept getting caught under the headboard as the head of the bed was raised. Tried sleeping on it for one night and woke up with back pain so swapped it back to my old pocket sprung mattress that I was keeping for my spare bed. Happy now and find the bed really comfortable so my advise would be to go for the pocket sprung option. So, in conclusion Sleepkings - excellent customer service, Restwell bed - very good, good value but shame about the mattress which I seem to be stuck with...

Dreadful customer service, very polite on the phone, make all sorts of promises to put things right, but never follow through & nothing gets done. I have had my bed a few months & have had to buy my own headboard & mattress. Don't bother, you get what you pay for. Complaining 23rd April to 28th may !!

Great experience with Sleepkings. Delivery was really quick and I was kept informed all the way through. Delivery and set up was excellent, the guys were very quick and professional at removing my old bed and setting up my new one. Absolutely love my new bed, great value for money and an all round excellent experience. Would definitely recommend Sleepkings.

Great great, great communication. Had a slight hiccup in arranging delivery but the staff were amazing at fixing the problem quickly and with minimal fuss.

Website was easy to use, lots of emails at every step from ordering to delivery. We are very pleased with our mattresses , very good quality and very comfortable.

Delivery of the bed was quick. We did have a problem with the 3ft single bed not fitting through the doorway of the bedroom. We had taken a 3ft bed out of the room so didn’t envisage a problem getting the new bed in. It had to be put in my lounge which isn’t ideal.

We reached out to sleep kings after being let down by another company for an adjustable bed. We needed one as quick as possible in order to get my grandmother home from hospital. We ordered on a Monday and they marked it as urgent for us. The bed was then delivered on the Saturday.
We were kept informed of the delivery process. Bed was set up upon delivery and the delivery men were so nice and friendly.

Excellent service. The bed I required was needed urgently. From start to finish it was delivered within 5 days. From the person I spoke to on live chat to the guys who filled the bed was a first class service.

Everything, simple to order and service was excellent delivery was excellent on time and the two guys who delivered the bed were courteous and friendly, Harsh and Paras were their names beds were brought in and unpacked and assembled and all packaging taken away, they explained the controller process for lifting and changing positions perfectly, I would definitely recommend.
