Extremely disappointed with the Orthokinetic Mattress purchased from Amart Furniture. We paid around $5,000 plus an additional $500 for an extended warranty, expecting premium quality and long-term comfort.

From the beginning, the mattress was very uncomfortable. The springs can be felt through the surface and press into the body, making it difficult to sleep. We were told that the foam would soften and mould to our body over time, but the mattress quality only became worse after a few months.

Customer service has been very disappointing. Amart Furniture directed us to contact directly, and we have not received a satisfactory resolution.

For the price paid, this product did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone looking for quality and comfort.

Mattress now 3.5 years old. Lumbar area support started to fail 6 months. I know where the issue is as my back tells me it's not getting enough support.
Been engaged online with Sleepeezee who has sent pages of notes to see what's happening.
How wide are the slats, requesting photos of mattress pillow top, have I had pets on bed, measure the sag etc. Difficult to measure the sag when it occurs when I'm lying on it.
There is no law label on the mattress. I'm now being told I need a more supportive mattress!!
I bought this as a supportive mattress and believe a mattress should last longer than 3.5 years. A friend bought one at the same time at same place with me and his is doing exactly the same.
Very disappointed and don't recommend.
