Working with this company was great, it was the mask itself. I have used sleepweaver masks for years, this is the 1st time getting this one. Would not recommend it as it leaks & the clasps don't stay attached so the side straps keeping coming apart. For what I paid, very disappointed

My sleep doc recommends changing the CPAP filters once a week, and it is easiest just to get them through you than to argue with my local Medicare approved CPAP supplies provider, which supplies half my new need. I'm happy with the products from SleepDirect. Service is fast. Prices are mostly reasonable.
I do think , when I order the SoClean water chamber for the AirSense10, I should get the water chamber and lid with the appropreate tubes etc. I only order it once a year, just to be safe. It should be ordered as a set and
individual parts.
I will continue to use this site and reccomend to others.
