A very bad company. first of all, the product does not look like what you ordered, then the size is not correct. If you want to return it, you can send it to China (cost 25 euros). That is of course super strange for a company based in the Netherlands. If you want to return, they will not give at home for a long time! in short, do not order at the Sleepclub!
I wanted to switch my pants to a different size. They sent me a wrong size. Now the customer service is not responding to any of my messages anymore....
They send, but the quality of the package was just horrific for that price. Really disappointed to think that I was just moments away from buying it, when it wasn’t on sale. Don’t recommend!
Don’t buy anything here! Bad quality! The zipper on my left shoe broke the first time I wore them. Contacting customer service the response was it’s outside 2 weeks so nothing they could do. I asked for their claim policy as it was a defect (I went to a shoe repair shop who told me the zipper was wrongly put) not a normal return. Then they just stopped answering my emails…really bad! Warning
